|Delivery process was not great requested morning delivery but they were not deliver until I called their call center spoke to someone with a very thick accent and not helpful at lol. I emailed them and got a response they driver was on his way, flowers were not delivered til between 4:30-5. Barely before my daughter left work! Better communication would be preferred!

|I was instructed to call Helms Flowers if I had any problem with my order or as to its whereabouts. I did. I was told to call a different number - which was the florist. But then the person who took my call at Helms told me he would relay the message himself to the florist! He wasn’t sure when the florist would respond. I’m not happy with Helms Flowers and I would never use them again! I hope my recipient gets her sympathy order in a timely fashion. We’ll see what happens!!

|My brother phoned me after 3 days and I asked him how mom liked my flowers, and he said, "Oh, you sent them! Good, I'll tell her so she'll relax." He had tried calling the florist to find out who sent the arrangement, and left a message but received no call back.
This was a very disappointing oversight.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
