I usually call my orders in over the phone. Always quick an polite. Sometimes I wait to the last minute cuz I'm a typical male and forget about things much like this order. I called at 9:30 they had it delivered by 11:30 but I don't recommend waiting to the last minute. Give these ladies some time to create your masterpiece. Apparently, the flowers are beautiful, which is what you want. However, the recipient said that there was no card with the arrangement and they were not sure who it was from until we checked in to see if they got them.

First time customer of Heidi’s, and ordering from out of state, I was a little worried that the delivery would go as I hoped. Not only did did the bouquet get deliver on the day I asked, I received a reassuring email letting me know.

Also, A+ to the delivery driver for placing the flowers inside on a cold and snowy day when my mother wasn’t home. She was pleasantly surprised when she found it and glad it wasn’t left outside.

It was a good value for my money and I was very happy with the service. I would use Heidi’s again for sure.

Everything about the floral arrangement was beautiful. The choice of flowers and greens were perfect . I simply said "think unicorns and glitter", and Heidi absolutely nailed it! It was so beautiful, and Heidi was very accommodating about making sure it was delivered in the right time frame. I am so pleased, so was my employee, and I will continue to refer Heidi's Hobbies Florals & Gifts. I ordered an arrangement from another company, for another employee, because of location, on the same day.....and that company DID NOT nail it, completely disregarded my requests. I was disappointed. I gave latitude to the florist to pick flowers that were purple and yellow. And then pointed out that I’d like Tulips (because it’s May in Wisconsin and they’re in season), irises, and yellow roses included in the arrangement. While the arrangement was beautiful, I really wish some of those flowers would’ve been included. None of them were. My mom doesn’t get flowers from my dad so I give them to her.
