I gave very specific instructions about the color scheme and some flowers to include and the bouquet did not turn out as I wanted at all. I asked for either pink, purple, or white flowers and the bouquet had yellow and red flowers with a purple bow. I’m incredibly disappointed and won’t be using heavenly flowers again anytime soon.

Outstanding! Every time I send flowers to someone the arrangement is so small and expensive. I chose Heavenly Flowers for my mother-in-law this Mother's Day and I selected the "florists choice" option where the florist creates an arrangement using whatever is in season. Both my mother-in-law and I were blown away by what they created! It was 28" tall and absolutely stunning! Worth every penny! I will be using Heavenly Flowers for all my florist needs. Highly recommend!

We chose this arrangement because of the beautiful addition of the lavender/purple flowers. However, when we saw the arrangement at the funeral we were disappointed to see that it only contained one small purple flower that could barely be seen. The white flowers overwhelmed the arrangement, including the small amount of greenery. Sorry to say it was not what we had hoped for.

|I like using the Designer Choice bouquets because it gives the designer the freedom to choose a design with what flowers she has on hand. She makes a nice bouquet with what she has in stock. No special ordering. And so far that has worked out really well.

The arrangement I ordered is not what was delivered. The bouquet was for my best friend who's mother passed a year ago. Her mother loved sunflowers which is why I chose this arrangement. There was no sunflower, there were flowers that had red and green paint on them, and Christmas ornaments. This was supposed to be a sentimental gift, not a Christmas gift. I was shocked when I saw what was delivered. I am very unhappy with what she received.

I’ve had many bad experiences with flower shops. Once they arrive to their destination, it’s usually nothing like the picture. Very sparse and definitely not what you paid for. I was worried but not this time. I received a picture from a family member and it was beautiful! Beyond impressed and grateful. I was NOT let down. This will be my flower shop and letting others know! One thing I would suggest, when ordering for funerals. I did not have the option to request the banner on the wreath. Would’ve liked to see that.

I ordered Here’s the Party through the website and it was delivered to my daughter for her birthday on 10/30/2023. We live 4 hours apart. Ordering was very easy and there is a small fee for delivery. My daughter sent me a picture of the bouquet and while it was pretty and resembled the picture on their website I am a little disappointed The flowers weren’t as bright, the sunflowers were huge, all the flowers were bigger than shown in the picture on the website. The balloons weren’t as bright or shiny either. My daughter, however, loved the bouquet and said the delivery person was super nice and friendly . I know the website pictures are only examples and the finished product will not be exactly the same. And like I said, the bouquet is very pretty. My brother-in-law's funeral was at 10 am on April 15 and the flowers did not arrive at the local church in time for the funeral. My husband went back to the church to see if he could find them, but they weren't there. I paid $64.75 for nothing. When my husband went back to Heavenly Flowers by Grace a few days later to complain, he was told that someone would contact us, which they never did. When will I get a refund for the flowers?

Hello! The flowers were beautiful but I am leaving a 4 star review because the flowers that were sent were NOT the ones pictured. Honestly I would have probably left 3 1/2 stars. The flowers pictured are purple roses with some white and yellow flowers and the ones delivered were pink, almost a completely different bouquet. But again, they were beautiful. Also, the vase I purchased was a basket and the vase delivered was a dark brown wooden box. I wish the shop would have contacted me 1st with changes to the bouquet purchased before delivery as the purchase was not cheap.

I was extremely disappointed in what was delivered and the lack of customer service afterwards! I ordered Breath of Fresh Air, with the Deluxe upgrade, as a pick me up after my dear friend's husband passed away, but what was delivered was an entirely white arrangement. It looked more like something for a wedding. No color whatsoever. When I called to complain that what was delivered was nothing like the picture of what I ordered, I was matter of factually told that they "reserve the right to substitute flowers." I replied that I had no problem with that, but why on earth did they use ALL white flowers with no color whatsoever. It was completely inappropriate for the occasion and was embarrassing! I not only called Heavenly Flowers by Grace, but I also called Bloomnation twice and was promised a follow up call from management, which I never received. I have given them 2 weeks to respond, but I'm done waiting. I will NEVER order from Heavenly Flowers or any Bloomnation affiliate again and I will make sure I tell everyone I know, in person and on social media, of their very poor customer service.

Not only were they delivered before 12 o’clock they were delivered almost an hour for before. You guys are awesome!!! I was a little worried because I needed the flower arrangement at the church for my Aunt’s Funeral Monday morning at 9:30 am and I hadn’t ordered them until Saturday at noon. I ordered online, but then called the shop because I had regretted not calling in and talking to someone. The salesperson was very friendly and assured me that the flowers would be there. The flowers were delivered on time on Monday morning and looked beautiful up on the altar. The “In My Thoughts” arrangement is so beautiful and elegant, yet big enough to stand out. Beautiful flowers! My mother loved them and they arrived early on Mother's Day. The flowers were very fresh and full. I only have a couple of considerations. First, the note for my mother was slightly illegible and it may have been so because it was in Spanish. Second, not all the flowers stems were immersed in the water which caused a few flowers to dry up faster than they should have--the vase was very full of flowers which was lovely but to keep them all healthy, it's important to keep them all in the water.
