I live in WA and was ordering flowers for my best friends birthday. Living out of state it's always hard to know if you are going to get a good quality bouquet but this one did not disappoint! The delivery driver called me to get permission to leave the flowers on the porch since the recipient was not home, I asked if he would send me pictures of the bouquet left on the porch and he did. The bouquet was absolutely beautiful, just as full as the deluxe picture showed, and he made sure to show house address in photos for proof of delivery to the correct place. Will absolutely continue to order flowers from here for any special occasion this friend has

I understand the pictures are just examples of what we might receive and that they are not exact representations, however I liked the bright, spring colors of the flowers in the example much better than the yellow and orange autumn looking colors we received.

Lately I've been really frustrated with flowers I order long-distance for people. I understand that florists aren't going to have the exact same flowers on-hand that are in the photos, but the florists are sending arrangements that are much smaller and poorer quality flowers than advertised. It's idiotic that florists think senders won't know, when recipients can take a picture and send it from their phones! I chose Heavenly Floral Designs because of their proximity to the recipient and their reviews, and finally - I got what I paid for! This arrangement HAD to be beautiful - it was for my aunt-in-law who turned 99! I knew flowers might be substituted, so I put in the notes that her favorite color is purple. Recipient sent me a picture - the flowers she received are the same type and quantity as the picture. I think they actually included more lily stems! The arrangement wasn't as tight as pictured, but that made it a larger display. She was impressed by the big, beautiful arrangement, and I was so happy that the delivered product matched the advertised expectation. Thank you SO much!

For 5 years, Heavenly Flowers have delivered beautiful bouquets for my elderly aunt. I order from out of state and I know I can trust them to make a unique, beautiful arrangement and deliver it on time.

I ordered these flowers first thing in the morning and was worried about them being delivered same day. They were delivered at the perfect timing and they looked amazing. They young lady I bought them for was very happy!

Arrangement looked just like the picture. Delivery driver came when recipient was not home so they left flowers with neighbor. Delivery was same day. Very happy and would recommend.

The floral display was beautifully arranged with fresh blooms and patriotic banner. It was delivered on time, and notification of this was emailed to me. I could not ask for anything better. Thank you very much for Heavenly's professionalism at this delicate time.

The flowers were delivered to my grandmother in San Antonio. I do not live in San Antonio, but across the state in Abilene, so I was not there upon the delivery. However, I had made a request for sunflowers to be substituted for tulips, but this was not done. When I placed the order, the worker said these two flowers were an even trade in price, and this could be done. My aunt went to visit my grandmother at the nursing home where my grandmother lives and she was able to tell me that there were not sunflowers nor tulips in the bouquet. This was disappointing since I had made this request and the worker told me this would happen. Since buyers are probably typically not present when flowers are delivered, it makes me wonder if this is common practice for Heavenly Floral Designs. I want to feel like I can trust in the business I have chosen to support, and that the business is going to deliver what I have in fact purchased. In the future, I will most likely try a different floral shop since there are many to choose from.

Heavenly Floral Designs made two beautiful arrangements for us for my mother's funeral! They were delivered right on time and were just perfect for the service.

I was looking for a flower shop close to where my daughter lives in San Antonio, TX. Found one just a couple miles away. The actual store was closed for the day so I ordered online and and they hand delivered to her address the very next day super quick. The floral arrangement was beautiful and my daughter loved them. I’m not even from San Antonio and was very pleased with their service. Great experience with this shop and I will use them in the future for sure.

I wanted to surprise my wife , as she was probably expecting flowers on Valentines day. I was traveling for work, and I try to send flowers on special occasions I called Heavenly Floral and set up delivery for the 13th. Was told no problem.
Unfortunately I was disappointed as no delivery was made . I called to see what the problem to no answer. I tried to call on Monday still no answer. finally I sent her a meal as a surprise, and around 5pm she called and received the flowers I had also received a verification of delivery on Sun. on Mon.

It was a crapshoot ordering flowers from afar (Colorado). However, our friend said her bouquet of flowers was the most beautiful she has ever seen. The flowers were literally delivered less than two hours from the time I made the order. Five stars to Heavenly Floral Designs!

The flowers were delivered right on time. My wife talked about how big they were and the way they were arranged. she was very happy with her flowers. The bouquet was a nice quality. thanks to heavenly floral designs!

Won’t be using this florist again. Extra $20 charge for “banner” on the sympathy arrangement, that wasn’t listed in the initial price or anywhere else on their website. Had to send an email with what I wanted written on the banner, twice. Had to call an hour before the funeral to confirm delivery, only to get an “it should be, I think so”. And lastly, for $200+ the standing arrangement was TINY! Much smaller than all of the other beautiful (less expensive) arrangements at the funeral. Disappointed.

The piece that you ordered at $150.00 was originally an 18” for the standard size but we upgraded it to a 24” cross at no cost. The cross in the picture is the same size but is our deluxe cross in which the quantity of flowers increases therefore the price is higher. The banner is an add-on, so we do charge a fee for adding the banner as stated on our website when you order a product. About the delivery, when you contacted us we mentioned to you that our driver was out on delivery and that you would receive a confirmation once our driver was done with the deliveries. Unfortunately we cannot give an exact time for when the arrangement will arrive… only an approximation as traffic can vary. Our delivery driver did arrive before 1:00 pm as it was one of their first deliveries. Since we were not provided with a specific time for the service we called ahead of time to make sure the cross arrived on time, which it did. We hope we can make the next time you shop with us. Thank you and have a blessed day.

My first time delivering flowers from here and I would do it again as well as recommended it to someone else. You only get notification via email for your initial purchase and when it was delivered so I had to call and confirm my order and they were really nice and informative. The driver called multiple times to give me updates on the delivery since I lived in such a big apartment complex. Great experience!

The arrangement was exactly what I ordered, but by early this morning (less than 18 hours later) the hydrangeas are dying and roses don’t look fresh! I spent almost $150 for this bouquet and expected much better quality!

DECEIVING…. The flower arrangement definitely wasn’t worth the money! I upgraded to a Deluxe and the amount of flowers was pitiful (their was no symmetry, what little flowers there was only covered a small portion of the 360 view). To add the birthday balloon I purchased in the same order wasn’t included and the message card was hand written missing complete sentences. If you need flowers delivered in or around the Medical Center this place should be at the bottom of your list. I asked for a refund on the balloon and I’m still waiting to hear back from them. They shouldn’t have sent me this link to review them.

I’m an out of state customer who wanted to send some beautiful flowers to my sister for her birthday. I have and hated spending a lot of money on flowers only for them to turn out sub par to the pictures they advertise with so I was a little skeptical. That was the case until my sister received them, sending me a picture with a message thanking me for the flowers. They were amazing. I was stunned at the quality and sat there admiring the picture for some time. They were beautiful. I’m 100% satisfied!

Ordered a plant arrangement and my friend was very pleased with it. She sent me a picture it turned out very pretty. Heavenly Florals contacted me to ask if it was ok to replace the butterfly ornament as shown on the online picture to a bird because they ran out. Even though it was just a small ornament, it was very thoughtful of them because they could have just done it without asking. Besides I liked a bird better anyway. Oh and they delivered on the exact day I requested.

My mother was so pleased with her flower gift she received early for Mother's Day and she sent a photo...they were very close to this photo but even prettier! DO NOT EVER USE THIS FLORIST. I called the florist to inform them that what I ordered was not received and the owner told me all she could do was to go and pick up the order and give me my money back. Tacky, tacky, tacky. I ordered this arrangement for a friend who had a death in the family. The arrangement didn't have as many flowers as the picture although that's what the description said it would have. She substituted 1 hydrangea for 12 daisies, no white ribbon, the arrangement DID NOT have enough of the other flowers to compensate for the price. She said since she substituted the hydrangea, it took the place of the white ribbon. How did these folks get good reviews? They must be paying people

Ms. Contreras we apologize the plant was not delivered as the picture. But we do need to clarify that the plant did had the 2 butterflies and the flowers were a little different than the picture, as per description on the website you have to understand that time to time flowers will change depending on the season and at this present time there is shortage on certain products. Checking with the driver about your order, due to the COVID-19 situation there are policies that we have to follow and each company is different, Spectrum building request to leave the plant on a table that they had set up outside the building and advised the driver he will contact the recipient. It is not in our hands what happen after we deliver specially if they don’t allow us to hand the flowers/plants to the recipient. We apologize for any inconvenience please feel free to call our shop and hope we can replace those butterflies.

It is unpredictable what type or what shade of lavender we receive on any of our wholesale orders, and we know that the lavender roses that we sent out were not as vibrant as we would've liked. Still, we, unfortunately, have to work with what we receive in our weekly shipment, although we can assure you the flowers were fresh. As for the style of the arrangement, our shorter styles do tend to have a more simple design, nothing fancy; therefore, the vase and flowers do not have the same dimensions as a taller design.

I live in Canada and wanted to send flowers to a friend in San Antonio. FTD was out of the question because it was last minute. So, I used google maps to locate a florist near my friend's home and Heavenly Floral had good reviews.
