Although the flowers were fresh and beautiful I paid over $200 for this arrangement to have the premium largest size delivered. What arrived looked no different than the basic cheapest size shown on the website. My flowers looked much smaller next to other grocery store bought flowers wrapped in a plastic bag. Disappointed in the amount of product received for the price. I could have saved my $200 and gotten just as nice a bouquet for a small fraction of what I paid at heavenly creations.

Next time if you choose to order with us you can request it be in a taller vase to make it appear larger.

I ordered online between 8-9 am. I called to confirm early after lunch delivery. On a 2nd call I was told the driver started the delivery route in a different direction than I was advised. Just before 5pm the flowers were delivered. This was a May Day arraignment but there was a Happy Birthday plastic decoration in the arraignment. While i was disappointed with the service I expected, my daughter was still pleased with the quality of the flowers

Pretty bummed to be honest. Was delivered A day late so that ruined the special day we were trying to celebrate. The wrong balloon was delivered with the order as well which also is a bummer because the one we picked out was very fitting for the Father in this situation.

The flowers are pretty. I’m giving a low review because when the flowers were delivered they did not knock or ring the door bell. I was having the flowers delivered as a surprise to my mother in law for Mother’s Day. The flowers weren’t even left at the front door. They were left on top of my mother in laws garbage can, behind a wall from the front door for her to see. She did not find the flowers until the next day. If delivery is selected we should not have to give special instructions to knock on the door or ring the door bell and leave the flowers at the front door.

I was bummed that the arrangement I ordered was not what was delivered. This is a first for me when ordering flowers.
I ordered this arrangement due to the fact it had the Lily’s in it.
I was ok paying the amount that I did, only because of the Lily’s. She is not a big fan of roses.
I understand that it was Valentine’s Day and super busy, but a phone call or even email explaining there was no Lily’s available would have allowed me to choose a different arrangement.
I did not feel she received almost $200.00 worth of followers with the 13 roses and tiny carnations throughout the arrangement. The vase was also much smaller than shown above.

I ordered this arrangement due to the fact it had the Lily’s in it.
I was ok paying the amount that I did, only because of the Lily’s. She is not a big fan of roses.
I understand that it was Valentine’s Day and super busy, but a phone call or even email explaining there was no Lily’s available would have allowed me to choose a different arrangement.
I did not feel she received almost $200.00 worth of followers with the 13 roses and tiny carnations throughout the arrangement. The vase was also much smaller than shown above.

Arrangement was pretty but the roses were already fully opened and browning on the edges. Paid a $14 delivery fee but they were delivered so late that the receiver had already left work for the day; I had to go pick them up in the morning to deliver them myself a day late. Overall disappointing.

The flowers didn't quite look like the image. Colors were very different and the stuffed animal was a cat instead of a bear. But they were pretty.

Me living in Washington, D.C. sending flowers to a loved one on their 10th birthday had me nervous about whether they would get them. I was excited to hear how patient and soothing the staff were at Heavenly Creations. I was able to call them to ensure my flowers were delivered. TERRIBLE experience. Will NEVER order flowers from this shop again! I spent $85 plus $14 delivery!!! and got a tiny arrangement of cheap flowers that couldn’t have been more than $20. Called to voice my opinion and she told me it was a beautiful arrangement and that’s it. Didn’t offer to fix anything! Ordered from out of state so there’s nothing I can do. What a waste of money. Safeway is the way to go!!!

Two stars because they arrived the same day, and the florist did call with substitutions for pink roses vs. the white because they were out. Otherwise, the arrangement did not look anything like the picture. It was not full and the roses were not cut to round out the bouquet. They were all stuck in the vase at different levels with hardly any of the purple blossoms tucked in. Lackluster and very disappointing when purchasing for a recent widow and to the tune of $111. The bouquet she received could have been thrown together by purchasing blossoms at the grocery store.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
