I ordered online from across the country. They were delivered quickly and the recipient was very happy. However I did pay for the additional up grade for the premium arrangement which was supposed to have additional fresh blooms added, they were not. I was very disappointed with that.

The flowers were pretty, but not quite like the picture. I was disappointed that there wasn’t even a pretty bow on the vase. For $100 incl. delivery I expected a little more.

The bouquet was incredibly beautiful! The picture doesn't do it justice. My sister was over the moon for this bouquet. She is very particular about the freshness and diversity of the flowers and you were above and beyond her expectations,. I am so happy with your service and the bouquet that you are my go to from this point on.

1 - flowers don’t look the same as on a picture at all
2 - late delivery
There were no roses, no lilies and it’s got nothing to do with a season. If I would know that I you will deliver a bouquet of chrysanthemums for a $115 to my girlfriend on her birthday in the afternoon I would prefer to build my own bouquet in traders joe.
That’s very unprofessional and I am very disappointed how you manage the business. I would like to hear how you can fix that

Once again, Heaven Scent Flowers did a great job. They are prompt and you can count on them to deliver the order as promised. It's always better to call a local florist than to gamble on an online website that may or may not come through for you.

I paid for the best arrangement and based on the photo I saw of the flowers; it was the average bouquet. Not impressed with quality, although service was same day.

Delivered on time very pretty arrangement!

Wanting to surprise my wife for our anniversary, I knew that I didn’t want a sad, plain looking, run of the mill arrangement and I knew that I wanted to support a local business. The arrangement I selected was gorgeous and even more stunning than in the photo on the website. It was ready for pick up almost immediately after ordering and was a big hit with my wife - what more can you ask for?!

Pretty sure I just found my new florist. I forgot to order flowers for my wife until Valentines day morning. Even though my usual go to florist a national chain website, said that there was still delivery available for the same day everytime I tried to pick an arrangement there was no delivery available for the 14th. So I figured I'd try a local shop, found these guys on google search not to far from my house....they promised same day delivery not only did they deliver the same day, BUT they did it within 3 hours of my order. WOW!! And their flowers were beautiful and vibrate with a delicious smell of their bouquet and looked EXACTLY like what was pictured on their website. I will be using them again they have earned my buisness. Great job to your staff and your website is very user friendly!! Thanks !!!!!

Gorgeous arrangement with subtle but cheerful colors. The Baby's breath add a bit of "occasion" to the whole thing for a celebration/birthday. The orange blooms are fun and dahlias are the best!

So I ordered anyway because Monday, the day after is better then nothing! I completely understand as Mother’s Day is probably the busiest day for a florist shop! The arrangement that I ordered surpassed all my expectations. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and smelt like heaven! My sister had also ordered our mom flowers for mother's day, but from somewhere else and the quality wasn't half as good as these and took way longer to arrive. Delivery was fast and my mom got her flowers early morning on mother's day. My actual experience was bad unfortunately. The Saturday Mother's Day flowers were never delivered even though the store owner supposedly was told they were by the driver. We have 5 video cameras that would capture whether or not they were delivered for verification, and with confidence, there was no delivery. Finally got the owner on the phone just before 5 to report the problem. Several back and forth phone calls later I offered to come to her shop to pick up another bouquet, which she agreed to. The bouquet was nothing like I paid for and was small. The rationale was the flowers for my preference were all gone. But still, the replacement was minimal. So paid for a premium bouquet upgrade and delivery, neither of which I received.

I was the recipient of the surprise bouquet, and after nearly a week, I'm still totally delighted. The bouquet came with tulips that have opened over a few days, and the star-looking plant has grown huge by the day. The scent is heavenly, and I absolutely love the combination and variety of flowers--white tulips, white roses, white daisies, blue hydrangea, and other flowers I don't know the name of. I would feel comfortable sending this lovely bouquet to anyone.

I ordered online, never talked to anyone...and, I got a terrific result! Flowers were in awesome condition, display was great, delivered on time, and I got exactly what I ordered (it looked just like the picture).

The staff was so conscientious with our order for my Mom's birthday--and delivered the flowers within a few hours of our call. My mom raved on about both bouquets--both unique and beautiful.
