Heaven Scent Flowers and Gifts is a locally owned flower business that has served the Clark County community for nearly 40 years. We specialize in designing fresh arrangements, at our shop everyday, for a wide variety of occasions, such as weddings, birthdays, graduations, funerals, proms, holidays, thanks, sympathy, and much more! We love talking and getting to know our customers; simply having folks stop by just to view our flowers and gifts is our pleasure. Whether it's a walk-in custom order or planning a full wedding arrangement, our vision is to do our professional best to provide the highest quality service in order to bring joy and completely satisfy our customers. Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

I ordered flowers to be delivered for Mother’s Day. However I was very late in placing my order and all deliveries promising a before or on Mother’s Day was already filled up. So I ordered anyway because Monday, the day after is better then nothing! I completely understand as Mother’s Day is probably the busiest day for a florist shop! I added a side note when placing the order, that if there was anyway possible to get this order out by Sunday I would so greatly appreciate it! I wasn’t holding my breath as it was my fault for this not happened by the special day and I can only imagine how busy they were. Well...to my surprise the lucky recipient called on Mother’s Day to thank us for the most beautiful bouquet of flowers that was delivered!! I can’t thank Heaven Scent Flowers enough for helping me out and also for the high quality of the flower arrangement. Heaven Sent Flowers sent a beautiful and fresh bouquet of flowers the same day I ordered online. What a delight to work with them! I'm in CA and the flowers were delivered in WA.
