This was such a great experience. I needed an arrangement for a memorial service but do not live in town of this floral shop which made me weary at first. However, the person who assisted me on the phone was very helpful, patient, and informative. She took her time in explaining what she could do, giving me all of the options, and did so keeping my budget in mind and not trying to push me over it. The arrangement turned out beautiful and I am so glad I found this shop. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

I am in Illinois and ordered for a friend in Ozark! The online ordering process was SO SIMPLE. I got a weird email and called Hazel's and Virginia was incredibly kind and helpful. This was my second purchase and most likely my last. The plant that was delivered didn’t look like the plant advertised. The foliage was pretty skimpy and the vase didn’t match the picture.

Sorry you were not completely happy with your order. I'm sorry the description didn't include that the container may vary as we don't have a huge supply of a single style ceramic containers so it may be different than pictured. As the plant did have multiple new growths so new leaves may not be as robust but with time and good care this plant has great potential.

Not only was the arrangement beautiful, the flowers smelled great. I wanted long-lasting flowers, and Hazel’s made it happen. They also worked with me on delivery. This is the second time I have ordered from Hazel’s, and they have a customer for life!

The Lily plant was large, beautiful and in a nice wicker basket. The plant was delivered to Christian County Emergency Services rather than the recipient, who lived in Spokane. It is unclear whether that mistake was due to my entries on the website or the addresses for reversed. Either way, I delivered it in person to the recipient at her residence in Spokane. Mike Lawton.

The way the description reads, I was expecting the roses in some kind of box, rather than the container it came in, which was a black version of the one in this picture. The roses are beautiful and she absolutely loves them! I have bought to Hazel's many times now and they have never EVER let me down! Their delivery service is amazing, they are fast, and they product, regardless of what I have ordered as been better than even the national chain flower stores. To tell the truth, I feel sorry for all those peeps who want to buy flowers but are outside's Hazel's distribution... they are REALLY missing out!

Hello Kayla, we are sorry for your experience, the photo of the tulips look like the tulips that I grew for Hazels a few years back, they were grown right here in Ozark and were stupendous! Unfortunatly, I was unable to grow them the last year as I was taking care of my mother and didn't have time. The tulips from the wholesaler, are pretty, but just do not quite measure up to the ones that we grew at the farm. I have taken the photo down from bloomnation and have decided that we are for sure going to be growing them this year!!! I would love to make you a new arrangement next mothers day, free of charge! Please remind us! Also, we put flower food into each arrangment before we cut the first stem, as that is the best way to achieve the healthiest and freshest arrangment, therefore flower food is not nessesary in for our arrangments. Thank you for your feedback, it is valuable and well recieved!

Hazels Florist has a great selection and are reasonably priced. The staff notified me that the person the plant was to be delivered to had already checked out of the hospital earlier than expected so they had no problem giving me a refund because the person lived in another state. Extremely unhappy with my flower arrangement. They look nothing like the picture on the website. The roses were red not orange and there was no purple foliage. The roses were dying. Each of them had dead spots on them. I’m always extremely happy with my purchases and when I see arrangements from you. I’m always recommending you as a place to get beautiful flowers but this time you fell short.

I originally placed my order online 3 days before my dad's funeral and, though I lived 3hrs.from Ozark, we planned to pick up the arrangement the day before the funeral and take them ourself to the location of the funeral in town. An associate called me the next day to if it the location for the funeral was a location they had other orders from and asked if I would like them to deliver it. Unfortunately, it was not the same location our funeral was at. The next day I called to request if I could pick them up the morning of the funeral because we were traveling and going to get in town after they were to close. I questioned the arrangement as being the one I ordered because the memorial card that was attached to it was not my written condolence or my name! I was told that it was being corrected, however I never got another picture showing the correction. I have no idea if the family received the right piece and if they know who it was even from. I loved the bouquet that was pictured on your website and that it what I ordered. I even ordered the deluxe to get more lilies. As my sister loves day lilies. However the picture of the bouquet was sent to me after the delivery didn’t even look like what I picked out. I usually get a "snap chat" picture of the flowers I ordered. I really like being able to see the product! I live in Virginia, so that is the only way I am able to see what I am actually sending. Since I live out of town, I had arranged for another florist to deliver for mother’s day. As the weekend went on, the delivery kept getting pushed back from an original delivery day of Saturday to eventually Monday. When I contacted them and heard their reason I cancelled the order. I then went online to Hazel’s, which I should have done to begin with. Even though the desired delivery day couldn’t happen, she was tickled. Lots of young blooms lots of vibrant colors, fragrant and appears that it will be a very enjoyable piece in her home for a good couple weeks.

My experience was not great at all. I specified delivery for 9 May 2019 because my mother was not working on 10 May 2019 (Mother's Day). I called her to wish a Happy Mother's Day and asked if she liked the flowers. She informed me she did not receive any flowers. I called Hazel's Flowers to ask and their business line went directly to a voicemail stating they were not taking additional deliveries for Mother's Day but you could stop in the shop. Also, they handwrote the note to my grandmother, which was an extremely nice touch! The arrangement turned out beautiful but while carnations were substituted for daisies, there was not one rose in the arrangement as shown. I feel that when upgrading to premium carnations instead of daisies is not a $35 upgrade. Also, one day later the flowers are starting to die.

This was my first experience using Hazel's Flowers. It most definitely will not be the last! Customer service on the phone was very friendly and helpful. I ordered online, which was very easy to do. I received email notices about delivery AND I got a picture of the actual flower arrangement. Although not exact as what I saw when ordering, the arrangement was just as beautiful. This is noted that the arrangement would be close/similar, so I was completely fine with that. My parents said the arrangement is gorgeous and smells amazing. Very interesting flowers and greenery used, which is what I wanted. The added touch was an included note asking if the recipient was someone they knew (which it was!). My mom thought that was the icing on the cake. THANK YOU for such a wonderful experience! I highly recommend Hazel's!

The floral arrangement that i ordered was amazing but the level of service not so amazing i made my order online and forgot special instructions meaning i needed it delivered in the morning so i called and talked to some lady she didnt even give me her name she asked detail orders and said we will pull the order and get it changed to a am delivery. Excellent customer service. Kind people. They were quick and reliable. I asked the delivery man to leave flowers at my front door if my wife didn't answer, but that day it was very hot and the delivery man called to inform me that leaving the flowers outside could kill the flowers before my wife got home. I had never thought about it. It's great to know that the company you use is looking out for you. I plan to use for all of my flowers in the future.

What a great experience. I had ordered for a special gal that lives in Ozark before through an online place and was highly disappointed in the customer service. With Hazel's though, they kindly called to follow up on my requested delivery time to let me know they would try and hit it (it was Secretaries Day) and then sent an email with a snap picture of the arrangement of flowers I had ordered. I ordered online to have a delivery sent to my girlfriend. I called shortly after placing the order to confirm order and ensure delivery time. The gentleman on the line (Jeff?) explained I had ordered just a bundle of flowers and nothing else. I explained I was away on a military trip and had a brief moment of internet access to place the order and I just wanted to surprise my girlfriend with something nice. The gentleman informed me he would take care of it and fix up something really nice. When my girlfriend received the order, she texted me a photo and we were both very pleased! My wife's favorite flower is the star gazer lily's and they were replaced by a different lily because the others were not up to par but my wife loved them and you'll did a great job just wished I had known about the change before she had received them because it could have been for a certain occasion like our anniversary where we had all star gazer lily's but that's my only complaint otherwise beautiful sit up

Flower arrangement was done very beautifully, and it was delivered the day I requested as I ordered days in advance. However, the card was not written as I typed it to be on my online order ( we live in another state) my name was left off the card ( im the one who placed an paid for order) which may seem small to some but not when you spend hard earned money from 7hrs away. When I called they just apologized and blamed it on being busy and their delivery driver writing it wrong. My husband an i are both in management and I had a small business as well and its the attention to detail that makes customers happy as well as an offer to make it right somehow which was not done. Theres was even room left on the card as the reciever of the bouquet sent us a photo of it. So it wasnt a large message.

The delivery was great, the note left on the garage keypad was a bonus touch. Although when my mom facetimed me to show me the arrangement it was in a clear glass round bowl, not what was pictured here. My mom was a florist for 20+ years and has more clear glass vases than she knows what to do with, so I liked this arrangement b/c it was in a pink/purple vase.
