Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?

While we do understand it can be frustrating with the rising costs in today's economy, we really put a lot of effort into keeping our prices fair and making sure our deliveries are delivered on time as expected with no hassle. We have worked with Uber and Doordash in the past and while they do offer a low-cost delivery fee, they also take a hefty percentage of the total order from the florist. They cannot always guarantee specific delivery times when requested, and the arrangements are not always properly handled upon transport. To ensure we are maintaining the best quality arrangements and services, we only offer delivery with our own delivery drivers. I would love to offer you free delivery on your next purchase with us and will be sending over a coupon code via email. We truly appreciate your business and hope that we can serve you again in the future!

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
