As I’ve always been very pleased with the flower arrangements from previous orders, this was my first time placing a custom order. From the pics sent by the recipient, it was so much nicer than what I had imaged in my head when I placed the order. Such a beautiful bouquet. The flower arrangement was very nice. One suggestion is to have the card bigger or reduce the number of characters/letters a card can have. I was well under what it said was acceptable but the recipient of the flowers couldn't read it because the words were bunched together and almost on top of each other.

Very disappointed! The bouquet didn’t have nearly the flowers that’s displayed in the picture. I even paid for premium which says includes extra flowers. What I got was a bunch of baby’s breath stuffed around. Pink carnations and roses about the same as pictured, but hardly any red carnations and Daisy’s were not as plentiful. Not sure what I paid extra for. I didn’t feel I gave her something special. Delivery and ordering was good a a positive note. I’d attach a picture if I could.

The flowers were supposed to be a surprise. You texted the person to call you who was supposed to receive the flowers. When I called you were not kind when I said someone texted my partner instead of dropping off the flowers. Then, you said, “yes, we need know they are home so we will go drop them off now.” I also expected more roses than what was there. Not satisfied.

The flowers came out beautiful but not quite as pictured. However I’m more concerned that they were delivered a week early. My mom didn’t care that she got surprise flowers a week early, but it lost its impact by not arriving on the correct date, and then I had to change my plans for her and come up with something else for the day I requested the flowers get delivered. If you can’t deliver it on a specific day please make it impossible to select that day.

I ordered the Teleflora's Sweet Thoughts Bouquet with 4 red roses, green plant leaves with small pink flowers in a ruby red vase. The arrangement that Mom got was 3 red roses with baby breath. Very simple and plain. They looked nothing like what was ordered. Certainly not worth the $78.00 I spent on them.

The arrangement that is represented online and the arrangement that was delivered only have the colors of flowers in common. The greenery was different, there were no daisies, and the fullness was less than desirable. I paid for the deluxe version and I got a lesser version all together. Flowers were also delivered on a different day and store called recipient before delivery actually spoiling the surprise, was told they would not deliver without calling them first. I order floral arrangements to be delivered many times a year and all over the United States and have never had the florist insist on calling the recipient before delivery.

Too many substitutions to the bouquet were made, including far too many carnations (cheaper flowers not maintaining the color pallet, tone and feel of the design I purchased). Knocked it out of the park. I looked up every single flower delivery imaginable. Needed to get flowers to my mom and dad for Easter. Living in Missouri I only see them a few times a year. I booked the order for delivery the day after Easter since that was the soonest I could find out of any flower delivery shop. Once I placed my order, Hawkes flowers called me first Thing in the morning when they arrived in the office the day before Easter to see if I wanted them delivered that day, since they saw my card said “Happy Easter Mom and Dad.” You can’t get better service then that. Mom and Dad we’re thrilled with the flowers, absolutely gorgeous. Will definitely be ordering from Hawkes Flowers from now on for everything.

I placed an order online and it was never delivered. It was for a funeral on Saturday, I placed the order Friday for same-day delivery. I got a call on Tuesday from the florist that they "turned their computer off" when it got too busy, so my order was never processed by then. They refunded my money, but it's too late to find another florist. They need to learn to use online ordering, or dont use it at all.

Delivered late. Argued that the the flowers where already deliviered as I stood at the funeral home looking at all the arraingments and mine was missing. I had to have the funeral home director call the florists and all of sudden yup found the order and it was not delivered. So the arrangment came late to the second viewing. The flowers where lovely but could you imagine being charged for flowers and have them not delivered. I would have never known if I did not go to the services. Be charged and never be delivered. Very dissappointed.

I ordered these for a friend who lost her daughter. I ordered them online then got a call that they did not have the flowers I wanted but they would give me something comparable in price. That was fine. Then they called on the day of the delivery and argued with my husband about the location that the flowers were to be delivered. Was not a great experience but not terrible. The flowers were left on the doorstep and the people thanked us. I'm not sure what they looked like and if they were in fact comparable to the ones I ordered. Not sure if I will use again.

Although the flowers originally ordered were not in stock, the arrangement you sent my Mother for her birthday was absolutely stunning. The substitutions of flowers you chose were beautiful. I ordered flowers on line from Massachusetts for my sister's first wedding anniversary after she lost her husband. She called to tell me how beautiful and fresh the yellow roses were. She said Hawkes had called (I asked them to, but I think they would have anyway) to make sure she'd be there to receive them. She also told me that Hawkes always goes above and beyond expectations to make their customers happy. I would recommend them to anyone!

I went on your web site and chose my order to send flowers to my Mother for her 87 th birthday. I chose my order based on the picture and description you had on your web sight. It was suppose to be a Lady Bug vase with red, white and green flowers. The lady bugs represent something very special to me and my Mother. I learned from my Mother that the flowers arrived to her surprise this afternoon and while they were very pretty the vase was plain white and multi colored carnations. I am extremely unhappy with your careless concern and disregard to the order I placed and the money I was charged for this plain vase and multicolored carnations. I could have purchased a much less expensive arrangement from pro flowers but instead I decided to take my business to a local florist. I went and searched for a flower store that was in Bath, Maine. I wanted to chose and know exactly what I was sending and paying. I selected this arrangement solely because it was on your web sight and the lady bug vase and color arrangement means something very special to my Mother and myself. I want to know how you plan to correct this erroneous order. I had no problem with the price when I thought I was getting the item on your web sight.
