Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

How often will I be billed?

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.

How do I make changes to my subscription plan?

You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

Can I pause my subscription plan?

Yes, you can! contact us at (704) 222-3970, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (704) 222-3970 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

My sister's birthday was on a Sunday, and one by one I discovered that none of the florist options I found online were able to deliver on same-day on a Sunday! Hawk and Sparrow had a phone number on their website so I called, and was surprised that they actually answered the call on a Sunday morning! They were able to deliver a lovely arrangement to her within hours! They even made sure to verify we had the right address when the map said they were in Stanley but I was sure they were in Denver! The entire process was amazing. I struggled ordering online because my Wi-Fi was wonky so I called and they were so nice. I didn’t really know what I wanted as it was a bouquet for a deceased dog, but they made the most beautiful arrangement and sent photos and updates when it was delivered.

My assistant was thrilled. Beautifully crafted arrangement - the vendor even sent me a photo before it went out! Beautiful details and touches. Both she and I were thrilled. I would like to see the arrangement delivered at the beginning of the day rather than the end. Next time I will just order the day before. I get that you all are a small farm! Also, i’d like my delivery confirmation on the day of deliver, not the next day. Otherwise, it was all perfection. So happy to have discovered you at the farmers market.
