As usual, the arrangement was beautiful. I had specifically requested no carnations; however, several were included.

my daughter loved the bouquet in a basket and they responded to my note to add blue!! You never know when your out of state how things will go; but Happy Valley delivered in a big way and the bouquet was actually prettier than the photo i picked from!! thank you happy mom in alaska
Beautiful arrangement as pictured. It arrived on time in perfect condition. I will definitely use Happy Valley Flowers again.
One of the reasons I chose this floral design was that it had 3 red roses and 5 orangish roses in a clear round vase that she would use again. The picture the recipient sent me only had two visible roses. The designer did capture the colors of the design I had chosen and substituted different greenery which I was fine with. However, not near as many roses as the pictured design I chose.
The arrangement is beautiful and striking in terms of the choice of flowers.

The flowers did not look like what I ordered from the picture. Also didnt appear to arrive in a basket. The flowers received were mostly lilies, which are not desirable. Was supposed to be mostly sunflowers and there was like 1. Will not use you again

My dear friend lost her spouse very suddenly. I live 2 hours from her & it was so nice to find a nearby Floral shop that didn’t tack on several extra unnecessary expensive charges. Just a delivery fee. The tulips were abundant, fresh, colorful & delivered same day as they were ordered. I am very pleased by Happy Valley Flowers & will use them again! My friend loved the tulips. I bought these for my Sister's birthday. They were OK, the arrangement didn't really look like what I chose. She seemed happy with it and that's what matters.
I selected a designers choice that indicated the color scheme would be pinks/blues/purples based on the stock photo was the inspiration. The bouquet received was white/red/green. It was very much a Christmas bouquet and not a birthday bouquet. The online form also messed up the recipient address which caused logs of confusion. When they called the recipient, the call only rang once before they hung up, not even giving us the chance to correct the address. While the bouquet is pretty, it isn't what was ordered and the issues with delivery combined makes me not want to purchase from here again. Was trying to go through a local florist instead of 1-800 flowers, but I've never been disappointed by them.

Actually I’m very disappointed with the service I didn’t receive. My wife never did receive her birthday bouquet I purchased. I called the shop and they said it was out for delivery but never arrived.
I’m requesting a refund as her Birthday was September 2nd 2023 and made me look like I didn’t care about her special day.

I ordered flowers for my mother. On the day they were to be delivered they didn't arrive by 5 p.m. so I called the florist shop & they had closed at 3 p.m. I left a message saying the flowers hadn't been delivered. They finally delivered them at 9 p.m. that night.
Absolutely terrible. Nothing like the pictures. Ugly flower, dead leaves. I was devastated.

I placed a last minute delivery on Mother’s Day and they delivered before end of day, worked through a problem with getting into a gated community when I forgot to give the code, and called me to confirm delivery. Can’t recommend enough. Wish every place offered this level of service!

We ordered the premium Blooming Garden Basket TF191-1 for a funeral. The picture showed 5 plants including 3 flowering plants, and the premium basket was supposed to include additional plants. We did not receive what was ordered. The basket that was delivered only had 4 plants, looked nothing like the picture, and the plants did not look fresh. We were so embarrassed, and called to voice our disappointment. They did make it right by sending a new basket, which had 6 plants and looked lovely. Unfortunately, it was too late to make the funeral service, and the basket had to be sent to the home instead.
The flowers were very pretty but they weren't the same as the picture and had a lot more greenery. The vase was just a glass one instead of the beautiful brown one. The biggest complaint was that this was a delivery for my mother-in-law for mother's day. We waited all day for them to get there
They showed up at 9:40pm! She was already asleep and they woke her ringing door and her phone.

Pro: I requested a few iris, and the request was filled. They are pretty. Cons: While the flowers are pretty, but for the "premium" price, there was too much greenery compared to flowers. Also, the flowers arrived after 7 PM. Technically on the day promised, but definitely too late.
It was a beautiful bouquet! Same size as in the picture! I ordered from outside US without any issue. Very pleased with the service!

Bought flowers for my wife’s 40th Birthday. Never received delivery. No phone call, text or email. Tried to call them and no one answered. Terrible service. Do not order from this florist. I have not receive a refund from them.

We are sorry that you you are unhappy with us. Thursday night Feb 11 thru Feb 14th we received a snow and ice storm. There are many power phone and internet outages. Roads are closed many still have snow too deep to drive on. We have not had phone or internet service since Feb 14. Employees have put their lives at risk to make and deliver flowers, we are sorry you don't understand the situation. The only reason we can see emails now is and employee that does have service offered their home. Have a good day
Well Im assuming she got them. She turned 100 years old on 2/12/2021. She cant see or hear. Someone had to read the card. But she can smell them and loves the kinds of flowers in the bouquet. Im giving you a 5 star rating review and thank you for your customer service.

Hi! I loved that you guys delivered on Mothers Day, however the completely wrong bouquet was delivered. It was not the autumn bouquet it was white roses. I reached via email and telephone and have not heard anything back. The white roses were pretty but not what I ordered and I would like a partial refund. Thank you!
