I paid for the premium which is two levels above the base level and it’s supposed to have more blooms and you figure for paying almost double it would have but it did not. It looked a lot less than pictured and didn’t have a single bloomed rose, it had 3 small rose bulbs the size of a peanut. Had to pay a $12 delivery fee even though I was picking them up. I bought from them the past 3 years but last year and this year just was not good. Will not return after paying near $100 for the smallest ensemble of flowers I’ve ever seen.

The actual flowers were not as nice as the one in the picture. It had a bunch of carnation and according to picture Bouquet had red and pink roses, it had a round base instead of square base. I was disappointed for the price a paid. I wish I can attach a picture so you can see it.

Regardless of what it looked like, when I called to make sure they'd gotten the order, the lady who answered the phone was extremely nice and helpful and answered all my questions.

I had this lovely bouquet delivered to my best friend in Winchester and her husband on their 35th anniversary. I knew it would be lovely, having used Haggard three years ago when my husband passed away. I've tried online florists once or twice and they were awful, usually not even delivering the flowers at all. I would recommend Haggard's to everyone.

Excellent service! Delivered same day with short notice. They didn’t have the color vase in stock that was pictured, but totally knocked it put of the park with my wife’s favorite color instead. Haggard's Flower House was amazing! I live in NC and placed an order for a flower arrangement for a funeral at 1030pm the night before the funeral. They called me at 1110pm to let me know that they did not have the flowers in stock that I ordered and they would not arrive in time the next day. We worked out a substitution and the arrangement was able to be delivered to the funeral before the family arrived. I so appreciate the effort Haggard's took to make it all come together. They truly care about their customers!

These are not even close to what I ordered. The florist called and said she didn’t have lilies and I said that fine, will it still look similar? The florist assured me it would and that I would get my money’s worth. When I got the picture from the recipient, there were 3 red gerber daisies, yellow daisies, and my least favorite flowers in the world...WHITE CARNATIONS!!!! Maybe one tiny white rose....disappointed doesn’t come close. I’ll never use this company again.

While the flowers were beautiful, I was disappointed in the fact that specific instructions were not followed. There was a reason I didn’t fill in the space for the name of the sender and there was a reason I requested in the space provided for special instructions that all information (including name and email) be omitted. Will not be ordering from here again.

I was very disappointed because what was received didn’t look anything like this picture. I knew the container had to be different, but I was not told that not a single rose - red or otherwise - would be in the arrangement or any white flowers! The flowers were delivered on time however I was told the card on the flowers did not have my name signed on it even though the e-mail order shows my name signed at the end of the note. She did not know who sent her the flowers. Very disappointing.

I was very disappointed when the flowers arrived at what was supposed to be a premium upgrade didn't look that way. The picture shows at least a dozen white roses and what was received was only 4. The whole arrangement was very small in comparison to the delivered package i received. Not sure how this can be resolved... just not sure that what i got wasn't worth $84 dollars in my opinion.

I ordered a birthday arrangement for my mother in-law from the website. I received a call from Haggards letting me know that they would have to make some substitutions but that the overall color and theme of the arrangement would be the same. I agreed that that would be fine. When my mother in-law received the arrangement, she sent me a picture. She liked the flowers and was happy to receive them. I was very disappointed. I don’t feel like the arrangements were at all similar. I will not use Haggards again.
