I was underwhelmed by the small size of the bouquet, definitely not as robust as your photo. Frantly, it looked "lost" on the customer's shelf and not worthy of the pricing or description. Certainly did not measure up with other flower bouquets on my buddies' shelf.

The picture I received of the arrangement is not comparable to the picture on your website. I understand that substitutions may be made if flowers are not available, but this should be discussed with the customer. My order was delivered at 10:30am and left outside of the recipients house. I was not called until 4:30pm and told this information. When I asked the delivery person why he didn’t call me sooner so that I could call the person I sent the bouquet to and let them know their flowers were just left sitting in the HOT sun all day..his response..”I don’t know.”
I then called the store and received a call back two days later with an apology.
I’ve used this store for years. This is unacceptable. At a minimum they should have re-sent the delivery or refunded me the order. Clearly the flowers were ruined sitting outside all day.

While the flowers my sister in law received where fresh , bright , and pretty , I was disappointed that the arrangement was far different from the arrangement I had selected. I specifically chose the color scheme / mood and artful arrangement from your website. I didn't see the soothing green orchids that were prominently featured nor did my sister in laws arrangement seem as artfully arranged or full as the photo on the website. I realize availability of fresh flowers can change , if the specific flowers requiring or color scheme / mood were not available , I would've appreciated a phone call or email to discuss my options .

I was disappointed in the flower bouquet. The picture showed 7 pink roses and the bouquet had four and they are browning on the edges (old). I purchased an arrangement for the same amount last week at rolling hills flower mart and it was double the size. This is the 4th or 5th time purchased flowers from you. This time around, I didn't see any noticeable improvements for upgrading the flower arrangement, which may have been because they are all pre-made.
More importantly, you didn't spell "Lauren" correctly on the card... When addressing somebody with flowers, it's pretty important that you spell the person's name correctly. Further, the letter on the inside of the card did not read correctly, as it appears you accidentally skipped half of a sentence.
Wish the streak of great service would have continued... Sad to say I have to leave a poor review.

I found that the orchids were too tall, therefore out of scale, and not as full as in the photo. Maybe that's what they had in stock but we should have been called. This was an expensive arrangement.

I live on the East Coast and I placed an order online on 3/7 (Sunday) for a floral delivery that same day seeing they were very close in location to where I wanted the order delivered. I indicated in the comments section that I would like it delivered that day if possible. I got an email saying that there was a glitch in their system and they didn't know why the order went through since they are closed on Sundays. They asked when I would like it to go out. Really? ASAP please!! I called the store when I got off work and they told me that my order had just gone out (3/8) - in my mind thinking that it had been delivered. Now I received an email saying that my order was delivered 3/11. What the heck? I will never order from this company again. I had to choose a star and I would rather not have had to choose any.

As usual, the arrangement was exquisite but the delivery left a little to be desired. Because I work with my wife, who was the recipient of the arrangement and we were both going to be out of the office at a certain time, inquiries were made concerning the delivery time and we were told before 1:00 pm. Schedules were adjusted to accommodate that time and then a call was received shortly before 1:00 pm that the delivery was going to be "sometime before 5:00 pm." My mother owned flower shops years ago and I used to deliver for her on the major flower holidays so I understand the challenges but when a customer inquires and is given a commitment, I should be kept, otherwise don't make the commitment.
I will still continue to use Growing Wild but thought that you should be aware of this issue.

Same day flowers delivered in record time! Even lovelier in person than pictured. They did misspell the sender's name which was a bit of a bummer. Other than that, if "Mark" doesn't mind his flowers being sent by "Mike", Growing Wild was perfect.

My cousin loved the arrangement. She did send me a picture and I would say my only complaint is that the foliage is different. I picked this one out because I liked all the succulents. From what I can tell from her picture, it is more foliage than succulent. So for that I am slightly disappointed because she LOVES succulents and that is why I choose this one. She hasn't seen the sample so she has nothing to compare it with. I was in your shop this weekend from Michigan and loved it and bought a succulent to bring home. We both love succulents. I am disappointed that her arrangement was more foliage than succulent. She still likes it, but it is not what the picture shows so for that reason I am slightly unhappy.

Frankly, I was a bit surprised to see the flowers I ordered. They looked quite different from the image of the sample arrangement shown. Yet my recipient really enjoyed them. The card was very cute. It would have looked better if the message were written in a regular form - starting a new line after the name of the recipient, and the same for the name of the sender.

Your website was very easy to navigate which I appreciated. The flowers were delivered on the right day with the correct note attached A+ on everything. But although the flowers were lovely, they were nothing like what I had ordered. I was attracted to the blue beach glass and the shells and orchid flower with the starfish attached , so lovely, but the only resemblance to what I ordered was the fact that their was an orchid in the arrangement. So in this regard I was very disappointed. orchids are my daughters favorite flower and I had expected it to be the focal point as in the photograph. I realize the arrangement might not be exact, but this picture from which I ordered is a very specific look and I'm not sure where the confusion would be.
