|All though I like the arrangement that was delivered , I don’t think the overall temperament, style, or theme of the spring arrangement as outlined was was sent. In fact, I don’t believe anyone would describe it as a spring arrangement. It was sunflowers and roses. Two choices definitely not closely related to the flowers outlined in the designers choice arrangement picture. When I called to relay my concerns to the individual on the phone he indicated that it was too late for him to do anything, as the flowers had already been delivered. Which I believe was a ridiculous response, as I would not have known what a poor representation of the of the “ Spring Designer Choice Arrangement “ it was, unless it had been delivered! After going back and forth for awhile, he finally said he would give me 10%percent off my next purchase. Oh wow, generous of him! Don’t have the pictures, if you don’t even make an effort to try and get one flower similar to one is advertised!

|I live in SF and order flowers for my boss’ family in LA and use GD exclusively. Our last order was a bit bumpy, my boss called me to say the arrangement for mom’s birthday didn’t arrive. I called and they apologized (this part was the most important) and said they would upgrade our arrangement and send it out. We got a picture of the arrangement and it is GORGEOUS! I mean, stunning. I never usually leave a review, but the way everything was handled was super classy. I really appreciate how apologetic they were about the whole thing, and it was very genuine. I’ll keep using GD for all of our LA orders.
