Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (707) 545-3870, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (707) 545-3870 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Sorry to report that the arrangement agreed to by phone was underwhelming to say the least. Poor arrangement, flowers not fresh, and size much less than specified. I was explicit in size and received less. A $250 order looked like something a guilty and distracted man grabbed at a supermarket in hopes of placating his wife. Here’s the point: if the staff could not produce what I asked for, they should have said so and I would have moved on to another florist. This business dropped the ball big time. Very very disappointed!

Usually the floral arrangements are stunning, unfortunately Rudolph’s light By BloomNation was sub par. I felt embarrassed that I had sent these. Roses were old looking and it had this felt looking material that was tattered and it just looked cheap. It was cheap for $162 i was excepting a bit more & in the past had always been stunning. I have been using grohe florist for about 20 years. I have always loved the work that they have done. I sent three arrangements in the last week. One I’m not sure if it was delivered. The other one was for my sister 70th birthday. Over a Hundred dollars and when she sent me a pictures of what was delivered, it was the first time I was very disappointed in what was delivered. Plus delivery fees for the Petaluma area are extremely high now that they are in Santa Rosa.

Placed a Mother’s Day order the Monday before and was assured of a Saturday delivery. On Saturday I got an email saying delivery would occur on Sunday. On Sunday I got an email the delivery would occur on Wednesday, 3 days after Mother’s Day. It did arrive on that Wednesday but I paid for a timely delivery. This last time I forgot to mention that the Gf was allergic to roses and Lillies and panicked a bit. I was actually going to respond to you today as I received a picture from my sister showing me the bouquet. Over my lifetime I have ordered MANY flowers and I will tell you for $100 I was very disappointed. a) the type of flowers were not the high cost type i.e. oriental lilies or orchids, etc.
b) the arrangement was on the smaller side using backyard garden type flowers.

While they were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating and timely from taking my order, choice of colors and getting it delivered on a specific day, I was a little disappointed in the actual arrangement of the flowers especially for the price. They seemed to be thrown in the vase in a haphazard manner. Maybe something to work on because otherwise I was satisfied.

Although the bouquet to the left is what I ordered, the photo my sister sent me of it shows a lot fewer flowers and instead of the cute little bird the bouquet had a purple butterfly. So although they were pleased with the bouquet it didn't match the picture which disappointed me. Having lived in Santa Rosa for most of my life until the Tubbs fire destroyed our home, Grohe was always a florist we could count on. So that is why I am a little disappointed.

The color and ribbon colors were perfect…but the setting might be too heavy for the metal and light elastic band around it… I expected a wrist slap band not a stretchy elastic wrist band. I was able to thread a matching ribbon through the metal piece and my son was able to tie it in her wrist. So it all worked out at the end.

My first impression was that this was a rather small arrangement for the price, especially since I'd upgraded my order. However, the more we looked at this absolutely gorgeous arrangement, the more I came to appreciate its beauty and the artistry of the gifted florist who put it together. The variety of flowers is amazing, many different types, shapes and colors, likewise the ferns and other greenery used to fill out the picture, for it is a pierce of art. Turn the vase a quarter turn and we see a totally different "picture" of floral beauty and interest. Turn another quarter turn and see a different presentation. That, plus the fact that the different flowers will be opening their blooms at various times during the coming week, means days of enjoyment and appreciation ahead for this remarkable piece. It is the perfect way to celebrate our special occasion. Thank you, Grohe Florists!

In my experience with Grohe Florists was Outstanding ! My dad used to purchase Gardenias for my mother in the 80s and 90s. A pillar in the flower world. And my mother always raved about her flowers. So it's been quite a few years since I have ordered flowers. I live in Idaho and wanted to brighten someone's day with an arrangement. I am in Alaska. My father in California. A Nurse in Santa Rosa took excellent care of my 95 year old father and FaceTimed dad and me when he suddenly took a turn for the worse. I got to say good bye to him. He was gone when I arrived at Providence hospital.

All I'm gonna say is this place really Grohe's on you! LOL. Sorry, I had to do it. So, this is the third time we've gone with Designer's Choice, you really can't go wrong. Just tell them the colors you want and they'll get you a stunning, artfully composed array of flowers. And they seem to last so long, not sure what they're putting in the water, but the flowers stay beautiful for quite awhile! The last bouquet was so fresh and alive, I was able to replenish the water many times. I'm not kidding, they kept drinking for at least two weeks. Well worth the $, especially compared to flowers that fade in a few days. :)

It is always a pleasure to work with a professional business and Grohe Florist of Santa Rosa is the best. Calling a florist hundreds of miles away from where you live is always a sketchy thing to do but we couldn't be part of my Daughter-in-law's grandmother's 90 birthday celebration so I wanted to at least send her flowers for this special event.Ruben of Grohe Florists answered my call with not only getting all the pertinent information for the delivery but made probing questions on what I wanted arrangement to represent. He emailed me as the delivery date approached and emailed me when I gave him the phone number updating the order with the phone number and notified me when it was delivered. 30 minutes after the delivery my son was on the phone telling me how much the recipient loved the arrangement and the next morning I received a photo from the recipient thanking us for the beautiful arrangement.

Online ordering of flowers is always challenging for those of us not accustomed to buying flowers. It can be easy to be disappointed when you don't really know what you want. The arrangement that was delivered was attractive and was consistent with the minimal preferences I gave. I was disappointed, I'm sorry to say. I chose sunflowers specifically to communicate optimism and positivity, and my friend received gerbera daisies and lilies. Eh. The sample in the photo showed a full vase; my friend's vase was not as full, even though I had upgraded to the deluxe. Hm. Very happy with my order. It was my friends special birthday. I called Grohe's Florist because it was a florist that had many memories from my past. I think it has new ownership but the name is so memorable. I was hoping it was still open especially because of Covid. It was. The florists at Grohe are absolutely awesome! I wanted a very special bouquet for my mom on Mother's Day. Like everyone else, our family has been kept apart because of COVID. We live several hundred miles away, and we can't swing by even for a socially distant "hug". Flowers and a Zoom call were the next best thing.

I selected the premium option on the bouquet that i wanted delivered hoping to maximize quality and quantity of flowers and although color scheme matched the pic i expected , the flowers chosen was not up to par with what was shown in the original bouquet pic online. The pic had hydrangea, rose and orchid amidst greens. meanwhile the actual Bouquet when it was delivered to my colleague came with hydrangea, rose and spray roses and some greenery. Plus my colleague sent me pics of the bouquet and she was happy with it but i noticed there was some browning on the hydrangea/leaves which shouldn’t have been there given i selected and payed extra for the premium option. I wish i could submit pics on this review but the app is not letting me.

Wow!! Love this florist! Very friendly and responsive. Called kind of late in the morning during Christmas rush time for same-day delivery, and at first, he asked if he could do it the next day, that they were slammed. I said okay if that's all he could do but I mentioned it was for a birthday, and the second he heard it was for a birthday, he said he would make it happen. I didn't even have to ask. It is always difficult to know what flower arrangement you are getting when you order online. I have had decent success in the past, but to hear two different recipients say, "it is the most beautiful flower arrangement I have ever received" makes me extremely happy. When I called Grohe Florist it was 2:30 PM on a Tuesday. We’d gotten news that my grandmother had passed and I live in a different state from my mother so I wanted to send her flowers. Despite the late notice and them having done deliveries to the area already, Ruben helped me SO much to make this happen for my mom. She was so touched and loved the gorgeous bouquet they arranged. This was supposed to contain succulents based on its description and when she got it there were none present. I realize some plants are seasonal but if I can walk into Home Depot and buy succulents year round in thier green house then they should be available. I realize you substitute plants as needed but I should have been notified and I could have looked at something else that was available

After describing the type of arrangement and colors we wanted, their staff took care of the rest. They confirmed the location and times of the services and worked with the Funeral Home to make sure the flowers arrived at the proper place at the proper time. The roses looked like they were several days old already and the arrangement looked like someone went out and cut flowers from the backyard and stuck them in a vase. When I ordered my flowers for my grandmothers 90th birthday I wanted them early in the day . He said I could get them before 12 if I used today’s flowers and not the ones delivered on Monday. I was fine with todays flowers and said she is 90 so earlier the better. Well they showed at 4...might not seem like a big deal but at 90 I wanted her to enjoy them all day. I would have been happier if you had stuck to the colors in the picture. You added those odd Hawaiian flowers, purple flowers, had greenery trailing out of the bottom. To beat the Mother's Day Rush, I ordered my flowers for delivery in SR over a week prior, for delivery on a Friday. They didn't get to the home specified until 7pm that night - and it was two days prior to the holiday. This was a work situation - a colleague had a premature baby... we pooled donations for flowers. Rather than go thru a national floral service, I always prefer to keep it local. We went with the "Premium" option, and they were STUNNING. We added the Teddy Bear for the 5 year old "Big Sister"...Mom loved them so much... it's nice to know we are supporting her and her family with something so gorgeous! Nice work!
