This is my second order with Grimm and Gorly, because the first bouquet was absolutely beautiful. I went with something different this time, roses and was not disappointed. I bought roses for my wife from several places before, including Costco and nothing was as nice as Grimm & Gorly. Both of the flowers I've ordered from them have been some of the nicest flowers I have ever seen. My wife absolutely loves the bouquet and having them delivered to the door surprising her made it all that more special.

Wonderful experience. I contacted them after finding out the day of delivery that my wife was going to leave work early. I called them and they were able to tell me it'd be delivered in 5 minutes, as it was already out for delivery for the day. The gentleman I dealt with was courteous and helpful. I'll be sure to leave a review on Google and on yelp once I know how long these actually lasted. I thought for sure that ordering from a local florist would be far nicer than the local grocery store, but I was mistaken. The flowers look identical to what you can pick up from schnucks for half the price. The difference with schnucks though, is that all the flowers are actually the same length.
So the flowers I bought for someone do not come with a vase, which means you'll put it in the vase yourself. That's tricky to do when the flowers are all cut to random lengths. So if she had untied the flowers, there would have been no way of organizing them in the vase without cutting 6 inches off of all the flowers. I've bought a lot of flowers from a lot of places, and have never seen such a thing. I definitely won't buy from you guys again.

Unfortunately I was disappointed with the floral arrangement. The roses were a very pale pink, almost white, and I had specifically picked it for its bright pink roses. They were also wilted. I also did not see any greenery in the arrangement and the polka dot bow was not visible. I was hoping this would brighten a young girl’s day who had lost her mother but it was very dreary. This was my first time using your floral shop and not sure I will be using your services again.

The flowers were beautiful although I requested to have 1 white daisy to be put in the middle. That Daisy was for our still born. Though it wasn't a deal breaker it was still frustrating that a request wasn't fulfilled. If it couldn't happen a communication would have been understood. This is the second time I had an issue.

I say disappointing because I was unable to see the arrangement. I ordered on line and then I called to verify everything. The clerk was a bit short. This arrangement was for my nieces funeral, which I was unable to attend. I asked if they could text or email me a picture of the arrangement. The answer was an emphatic "no". I researched and chose a local florist who I thought would do a great job. However; when I called the clerk said did you order through bloom nation??? I said I ordered through "your" website. They obviously have a third party who is taking a percentage of the money...not a good experience.

I ordered from 0200 miles away based upon the picture displayed on your screen. You informed me that what I saw was pretty much what I was not purchasing. I have not a clue what the delivered product looked like. I suppose it must be difficult to display a picture of any flower arrangement and it be exactly what would be delivered. The recipient sent me a picture of what she received. It didn't look like this picture. The hydrangea was white instead of blue, so the overall bouquet was very white. I was disappointed. Also, I requested that the recipient receive a phone call prior to delivery. That didn't happen.

The arrangement was pretty and I loved the colors, but it was incredibly small compared to what is shown in the picture. I actually have the vase that is shown in the picture and the one that was delivered is literally half the size of what's pictured. The flowers were jammed in this small vase. I even paid an extra $10 for the deluxe so I would have been embarrassed to send the regular one. I use Grim & Gorly quite a bit and definitely recommend them to others, but this was a disappointment.

I use Grimm and Gorly for the convenience as they are local and close to my location and my normal destination. This is the second time I've had a late delivery. I was called about a change in flowers in the arrangement, which was fine. Then I was notified from a location that was not the destination. The intended destination was visited far after hours and the recipient was upset with such a late arrival. The actual delivery took place 2 days later and the overall experience was far below expectations.
