My husband and I wanted to send flowers to our daughter and son-in-law on their 10th anniversary. We are in the DFW area and didn't know a florist near them. Sent this bouquet to a family friend (my second mom) as a belated Mother's Day gift. She loved the bouquet, however when she sent me a picture, it looked nothing like the bouquet displayed in the picture even with substitutions. There were bright orange roses with a green background. It was still pretty, but not like what we thought.

My mom’s house was built late last year, and I accidentally selected an incorrect address when filling out the delivery info. I received a call from I think Jim, during the delivery attempt because the folks at the selected address did not recognize the name. The flowers were beautiful, but sadly, did not have any yellow roses (like shown in the picture). My Mom loves yellow roses and that was one of the main reasons I chose this arrangement. I still gave it a five star review, because they were very beautifully arranged. In hindsight, I should have emphasized the yellow roses in the remarks, when making the order online or called them.

What fantastic customer service! I live in NC and I wanted to surprise send my Mother some local flowers on her work from home day. Once I realized that she would be running errands and not at home all day, I called the shop to see when they would deliver. They were awesome in coordinating the delivery, very nice, and even told me they were out of the vase listed on the website and worked with me to choose another beautiful vase for the arrangement. When my mother got the flowers and told me she also got great customer service as the recipient I knew we had found a solid shop. And to add a cherry on top, the arrangement looked even more beautiful in person than the photo online!

My bouquet arrived as scheduled and was gorgeous. I cried upon seeing how beautiful it was. The florist put in the refrigerator at Schertz Civic Center with all the other flowers ordered for the wedding. Less than 2 hous later it was taken out of the refrigerator for me to carry down the aisle. It was horrendous looking. All the lillies were soggy and dead and most of my roses were drooping. All the other flowers and bouquets were fine so it was not the refrigerator. We pulled the dead flowers off and I used my fake centerpiece flowers to remake an acceptable arrangement. I was heartbroken. Then as we were taking pictures we realized the bouquet was leaving stains on my dress and then the table we placed it on. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
