I was a bit disappointed at what I thought I bought vs. what was received. I picked it because of the flowers and for longevity, so to see that the flowers that I liked but didn’t pick because they don’t last are the ones that it has for its filler is disappointing . Also no rose , etc. I wanted them to last because she’s dealing with a lot and needs some brighter days ahead. Not only is it her birthday but she’s dealing with her husbands recent cancer diagnosis. It’s still pretty but definitely not as advertised. I did send an email with a picture of what was ordered vs what was received. No response

Ordered a week in advance. My fault to not designate a drop off end time. Did designate a time for earlier in the morning after 10am to drop off. The arrangement showed late afternoon and was not the arrangement I ordered. Completely different. I can only assume someone got mine and I got theirs. Card was correct though. Nothing can be done at that point due to them being flowers. So just moving forward. I called before hand to check the day of delivery, the woman on the phone was pleasant and helpful and tried to help. The gentleman in the background in charge of deliveries and scheduling made it sound like I was an inconvenience to him. I live and learn.

After looking inot this order, I am not sure about how the order did not get filled to be as close as possible to the picture selected. I am resending a beautiful spring arrangement to the recipient with a note of apology. I hope this will help take away some of the original disappointment in the original arragement and reinstate the trust in Grey Fox Floral.

Recipient provided a photo & it appears some flowers were left out of the arrangement. No contrasting white blooms nor smaller red blooms as shown in the order photo were there much less substituted for anything else... won't be ordering again in the future.

I’m sorry to say I was disappointed when I saw a photo of the arrangement I sent my mom for Christmas. I’ve been using GFF for over 20 years and this is the first time my purchase did not look like the item shown on the website. Was missing two other types of floral, only 3 roses, and looked cheap.

Hi, Sara, thank you about sharing your concerns about the arrangement your Mom received. I looked up the order and it says that 4 red roses were used, we did add pine cones as we could not get the red freesia, but I think the white waxflower was overlooked (we would have needed to substitute with baby's breath). I would like to offer to exchange the arrangement on Monday or Tuesday, whichever date is better. The new arrangment will consist of 4 red roses, 3 stems red hypericum (no freesia), baby's breath clusters instead of waxflower, assorted evergreens, red dogwood branches, red glasss balls and red ribbon. I hope you will allow us to correct this and that you cacn be pleassed with hat your Mom is receiving. Sincerely Jan Fox and Staff of Grey Fox Floral

The bouquet was delivered on time with no issues, however in the picture from my grandmother, it appears that all of the red blooms in the bouquet delivered were carnations, whereas the picture shows roses. So I’m rather disappointed, since I paid extra for an upgraded bouquet. My grandmother seems happy, however.
