Jenny, a floral designer & Thomas, a houseplants designer both got a degree at MBA and had worked at the investment consulting firm and IR at LG. Their experience and fineness of observation has collaborate well to meet our customers' enjoyable buying experience and satisfaction of our services.

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (914) 305-1511, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?

Oh my gosh! The flower arrangement was spectacularly beautiful and the recipient loved them. I chose the custom arrangement and asked for something similar to an arrangement depicted on the shops website but with more bright summery flowers. disappointing unfortunately. GreenWood used to be reliable for fresh, high quality flowers but the last 3 times I have ordered, the product has been disappointing. Fairly thin arrangements (for $200-250) and the flowers wilt and must be thrown out in 2-3 days

The flowers I had ordered off the site were the three cute succulent but the delivery that came yesterday, unfortunately, looked nothing like the image advertised on the site. I understand that you would be providing something similar, but these are anything but!

Sadly most of the buds had opened and the stems of a similar height. I hope there will be enough room in the box for the plants to grow and produce flowers for many years. I grow orchids in UK and looked for a florist who could deliver an artistic and sympathetic arrangement. It looked far from it. I liked the colour of the Orchids although they were not white as advertised and expected.
