Was disappointed with the bouquet delivered. I ordered the deluxe to make the bouquet a bit bigger and it was smaller than the picture standard bouquet. There were no roses included, while I understand substitutions can be made when necessary, the website says they will be replaced with flowers of equal or greater value. That was not the case.

I purchased a Premium Poinsettia, the most expensive selection, for a family member after a loss in her family. I was disappointed with the size of the poinsettia as well as the absence of any additional other flower blooms that were supposed to be added to enhance the arrangement. If you don’t intend to add any additional other blooms or enhancements to this premium arrangement you should consider updating the wording on the description of this premium item to correctly reflect what the customer can expect to see.

The flowers were absolutely beautiful and smelled amazing! I love the misc different style of greenery and other accent options that you used, that was different from the norm and I loved it! The eucalyptus and small magenta looking flowers with the baby breath and normal greenery I think made this stand out way above what I have seen in the past. You did a great job for him!

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
