They did a.great job - it would be nice if they were setup a little earlier so we can give them to the graduates without rushing. Also generally we get them in a box so we can carry them. It would be nice to have boxes available in case.

I ordered for my granddaughter, but did not receive, the double yellow dyed lei, allegedly because of damage during shipping. Instead a different color lei was substituted. At no point was I warned at the time of ordering that lei substitution was a possibility and no option was provided for me to select a second choice of color. This is not right! Shame on you.

We were very disappointed to not receive the lei we ordered. Instead we were given a purple/white lei. I was told the double yellow dyed leis weren't delivered, however, when I was at graduation, there were people selling them in the color I had originally chosen. This seems to be an ordering issue rather than a supply issue.

We didn't get what we ordered. I believe because we preordered the lei, we should have picked up the color we ordered (CMC double yellow dyed lei) but they said the quality is not good and we have to compromise and get another color (Purple/Blue) lei that they had available.

Lei design and flowers used were nice. BUT they were EXTREMELY LATE setting up so those that PRE-ORDERED were delayed when they shouldn’t have been! The instructions stated the leis and flower shop would be ready for pickup at 11am- well at 11:45 THEY STILL WEREN’T ready! Once they were ready at NOON, they still didn’t have things in order-
A line for preorders and a line for new orders. On top of that, they didn’t have my name listed for my Pre-Order. So again, IF this is the flower shop that CMC recommends and will have for GRADUATION CEREMONIES in the future- DO BETTER! No excuses! I’m a business owner as well- there should be a plan A, B, and C to avoid tardiness on the day of events.

Kids all waiting in line at the booth at cmc and couldn’t find the lei as it was under the person who ordered and not the person whom it’s for. Sherwood needs to have better logistics for this process or ask kids to come earlier so they weren’t rushed .

As much as we try to provide the freshest and best quality leis ordering from the best farm in Thailand, factors such as natural occurrences, transportation conditions, and supply chain challenges are beyond our control. As an alternative to a subpar option, we offered you a fresh lei of a different color. Our priority is always to provide the freshest and highest quality leis for our customers, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter. This year, the availability of yellow leis was further impacted by unforeseen circumstances, such as protests affecting the supply, resulting in the cancellation of numerous orders (yellow leis are colloquially known as USC leis). Despite these challenges, we hope that the lei provided added to the joyous occasion of your graduate's festivities, enhancing the beauty of his/her photos and the memories made.

The lei for my graduate was disappointing; it started falling apart within a couple of hours. The individual orchids tore off the cord, so that bare spots appeared.
In contrast, our previous lei for her high school graduation stayed intact, and we let it air dry. She still has it, as a dried orchid lei.

Kind of a disaster. Picked it up and it was kind of squashed and very minimal with a bit of green string showing at one end right away. It made me doubt that it was what I had selected so I double checked to see if it was what I had ordered because it was so unimpressive. Unfortunately, it went downhill from there. It didn’t take long for the flowers to all bunch at the bottom of the lei and compress.
I wanted something a little special for my son, and in the end, he told me he regretted wearing it because he thought it looked terrible in all the photos, having the string around most of his neck even though he kept trying to tie it shorter and shorter.
It turned out to be memorable in the wrong way, and for some reason our Lei looked worse than anybody else’s. I am regretting I spent $60 on something that will be a lasting bad memory for my son. In retrospect, I wish I had bought one of the fluffy ones from the street vendors on the spot.

The lei itself was beautiful, and exactly as pictured. However, the booth/stand where I would pick up the lei was not located where my confirmation email said it would be. I spent a lot of time looking for the booth/stand, and ended up being a couple minutes late to the ceremony. Once I finally found the booth/stand, I asked why it wasn’t located at “The Hub” and was told they “closed up early.” I then found out there was no lei order under my name, but was given one anyways. I ordered a single lei, but was given a double for the inconvenience of the whole situation. Had I known this company would have been this disorganized, I wouldn’t have bothered spending $50 for a lei - it wasn’t worth being late for the ceremony and getting a poor seat.
