How often will I be billed?

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.

How do I make changes to my subscription plan?

You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

Can I pause my subscription plan?

Yes, you can! contact us at (574) 533-0531, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (574) 533-0531 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

I ordered this bouquet for my mother’s birthday. Website states that the standard option is shown so I upgraded to the deluxe option. The bouquet that arrived does not look similar to this photo. The bouquet pictured features large roses where as the bouquet delivered seems to feature more of what appears to be alstroemeria or similar. At first I was not sure the correct bouquet had arrived. I understand that sometimes flower substitutions must be made but the bouquet that arrived at my mother’s house looks more like a $20-25 arrangement from a local grocery store than a professional flower arrangement. I will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered online for same day delivery and it was delivered within 3-4 hours. The flowers are pretty but did not look as round and full as the picture online displays. Mine were taller and more narrow. Perhaps it will look better once the lily’s bloom. Mine also did not have any of the purple roses that are present in the picture which my wife would have loved.

Arrangement was pretty but not as pretty as what is shown. I bought it mainly for the vase, I was notified they did t have it and would make a similar substitution. What was delivered was a glass vase with a pink ribbon around it, not as impactful, the flowers in the arrangement were not packed in as tightly so it looked more sparse. The new mom still liked the arrangement.

I am always afraid of long distance orders and so this is a review based off of a picture I was given showing me what was delivered. My expectation was the item pictured. I even paid up and didn't settle for the base arrangement. Unfortunately, when I saw the item, it looked like a pile of green leaves that didn't resemble this picture. This purchase was not disputed simply because the family didn't have any comparison and they still thought it was nice. So, from my end it was a disappointment. From the recipient's end, it was pretty and I guess that's all that matters. My suggestion is don't post a stock photo if you can't replicate it. Post what you actually can create and sell that.
On a positive note, the arrangement was delivered to the right place at the right time!

I ordered flowers for my mother from my father specifically red and yellow roses with football mums, greenery and baby’s breath but received 3 red roses with a couple mums and I think what looked like light yellow snapdragons with greenery in the amount of $92. We were not happy at all with the arrangement. We did call immediately because of not being what I specified. They did come pickup that arrangement and replaced it with what I asked for, red and yellow roses with football mums, greenery and babies breath. This we were extremely satisfied with. I do appreciate their immediate replacement of the arrangement. This is why I rated a 4 star review.

Awesome customer service here.
I ordered online, and put down the wrong delivery date - I wanted a Friday delivery, but entered Saturday's date. I realized my mistake on Friday and called to see if there was any way the flowers could be delivered that same day. The lady I talked to (so sorry I forgot your name!) was so understanding and nice, and she got the Lavender Rose Bouquet delivered that day.

The flowers showed up completely wilted. I paid extra for a bigger bouquet and honestly the Walmart bouquets looked better, bigger and fuller. I was not impressed and will be taking my business elsewhere. Maybe you do better for the ones that order in store instead of online because you can get away with it that way. Too much money wasted on flowers through here.

OMG! What happened! I tell you what happen. Saturday is my wife and I 26th anniversary so I thought I'll surprise her with a bouquet and chocolate sent to her job. That's when everything went wrong. When delivered, the driver goes in to deliver and it started at that point.
The front dest accepted the gift and proceeded to deliver to name on card. And then it happened...they took it to my daughter n law.lol I really enjoyed listening to my wife about her day. Thanks to Goshen Floral Inc.

I paid for a premium flower display. What arrived was not like this picture at all. There were fewer roses, and carnations, and none of the orchids were opened up. So they were all still blooms. I would have preferred to be notified of this in advance. I paid over $100 for this flower display and I honestly feel that it looked thrown together hap hazard. I will not be using your services in the future, and I would not recommend them to others.

I ordered this bouquet which was beautiful in the picture. I even paid an additional $10 to get a more full bouquet. They used a different possibly taller vase, which was bolder and took away from the flowers. In addition the flowers were no where near as full as pictured much less the additional amount that I paid for. This was so disappointing. I was expecting what was pictures and to have a beautiful bouquet at the funeral. It looked like it would have cost less than I paid and it was a bit embarrassing.

The flowers I ordered were nice however when ordering the flowers, the ad says " Bouquet will arrive approximately as pictured" With that statement I was hoping to see something very close to the picture but missing a couple roses or accentuating pieces. I received the bouquet and it seemed like a lot was missing. So although it was pretty and my fiancée still enjoyed them. I think the ad to should state that buying the regular bouquet you will receive 1/3 of what is pictured, not approximately.

First of all they did not have this money tree I ordered. They did call and ask to send a succulent bowl. I agreed to that. The succulent bowl which had at least 5 different items in it, was a good idea, however, there were 4 out of the 5 items with very brown edges on their leaves and stems which made it very unpleasant to look at. I am afraid it was not a good experience at all.

I ordered the Comfort Planter to be delivered and gave the time it needed to be there by and the planter was delivered on time. When I arrived and saw the planter it was gorgeous and looked fantastic.

Purchased flowers to be delivered to a friend for her birthday 2 days before her birthday. Flowers didn’t get delivered because it didn’t “show up in their system”. When they sent me an alert on the day they were suppose to be delivered they told me that they would give me an upgrade. The flowers were delivered a day late with the original flowers but they added a happy birthday balloon.

We placed an order several days ahead of our friend's birthday but it was apparently "missing" until I called to get an idea of when it would be delivered.
Thankfully Kelsey found the order, not having printed, just in time for it to be delivered before the end of the day!

The flowers were beautiful, however I had paid for the premium arrangement and sadly it was not very full, nor was it larger than the lowest priced arrangement. I loved the flowers and colors, but felt for $70.00 there should have been more actual flowers rather than fillers. I had initially started to order from another place (a larger corporation) but wanted to give to a local small store, and am very disappointed in what was delivered. For the amount a paid for the arrangement I could have gotten a much larger arrangement thru another supplier that had more flowers rather than the fillers. However as I said the actual flowers were beautiful and they were arranged nicely, it was lacking size and amount of flowers for the price.
