About the Shop
Glassy Mountain Florist is a small country flower shop who prides itself in making fresh and unique floral arrangements. All arrangements are made with love and care and any arrangement made will have to pass the owner’s inspection before leaving the shop.
The floral staff loves animals and believes all pets need a home. Their philosophy is “Adopt, Don’t Shop”; therefore, a percentage of every sale goes to Dream Team Angels Rescue in California. It is a non-profit rescue for animals in danger of euthanasia. A quote from the staff “We believe all animals deserve to have a home.”
Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

I ordered flowers for a close friend over the phone. Lisa was very helpful in making flower choices and taking my order. The flowers, although I did not get to see them myself were gorgeous, according to my friend. That’s all that matters is that she is enjoying them. I would recommend ordering your flowers here.
