My wife loves it but idk what was the difference of a standard and a deluxe or the most expensive option please add more info on the website or take different pictures of each one. But I will buy more flowers from this establishment

The flowers were delivered on time and looked as good or better than your promo picture. No higher-end flowers were swapped out in favor of cheaper flowers. The vase was the same as the one pictured. All in all, I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality ... at a fair price. Thank you!

I loved that the store called me to check what I had written on the card because as I was saying what I wanted on the card we thought we had finished talking and we continued and there were nonsense on the card and they realized it. Glamour Flowers didn't have any of the flowers requested in stock, they wanted to send them the next day, and the worse part was that they called the person who the flowers were ordered for. Not a good experience at all!

As this was a group order to honor the passing of a loved one’s dad, we chose the premium option for a fuller/fullest arrangement version. What was delivered was even smaller than the photo shown here. We were recommended this florist by Mr Luis Guillermo Mora’s family and hoped they knew who the recipient of the arrangement would be. Unfortunately, while it had the look of the smallest arrangement online, I don’t believe we got the extra flowers and fullness we paid for. It was also placed outside or the viewing/wake room in a forgotten corner.

I ordered this arrangement for my sister in law whose father passed unexpectedly last weekend. The arrangement that was delivered was nothing like this one. It was all white yes, but it did not have any roses or orchids or what I thought were white snapdragons. Instead it was an arrangement with lillies, baby’s breath (ughh) and lisianthus (much cheaper alternative to actual roses). It was not at all what I had in mind to gift her. It felt inexpensive and not very thoughtful. Very disappointed.

To whom this may concern, I am very disappointed and not satisfied with my purchase as a customer. When I saw the advertisement of the flowers it showed a variation of flowers including sunflowers. Sunflowers are my wife’s favorite. It was really heart breaking knowing that the flowers I bought I did not receive. Thier were more green leave things then there were flowers. I did not order a batch of green leave sticks. This is really disappointing. I counted on you guys to come with your a game. The prices are not what you are paying for. They cheap you out of your money. I spent 100 dollars on literal utter disappointment.

After a number of previous orders being lovingly filled to perfection, this time was a little disappointed with three of the blooms sadly wilted. But for this the arrangement would have been perfect.

I ordered 100 Roses.
The arrangement delivered didn’t look the same way it looked online (and the vase was different). So we decided to count the roses. There were only 89 roses in the arrangement delivered.
This is extremely frustrating and disappointing to say the lease. Expect a call from me tomorrow.

once I paid online I never got any other information on the status of delivery or even if it was delivered I even called on 7/18 and had to leave a message that no one responded to and even sent a email that also did not get a response and of course its rude to call the person and ask hey did flowers I sent get there but you but me in that situation I thought I found my company florist because of location but will never use you again due to the poor customer service
