February of 2023, Kerrie and Tara, took this forgotten local florist shop, shook it up, dusted it off, and got it to blossom again! Gladrich Florist Shoppe has been hand-delivering premium floral arrangements and gift baskets, helping celebrate life’s special moments since 1980. With our personal touch for all your floral needs we can take of all the good moments, the sad moments and all the moments in between. The arrangement that was sent looked nothing like this picture of what I thought I was ordering. What was sent was pretty enough but not what I thought was being sent. I realize that there may be substitutions but it would have been nice to know that what I pictured was being sent, was not.

Perfectly delivered roses. They called ahead of time to ensure that the roses would not wilt in the Florida heat. Great customer service --- an emergency occurred and I had to reschedule delivery for another day. Even though they had already dispatched a driver, they rescheduled and put together a new arrangement for my anniversary gift to my wife.

I called to add a name to the note with the flowers and was told it was changed and Corrected. But it was not printed that way on the card yet I got confirmation of what the card said, and it was different.

Experience was 100 percent above what I was expecting. I did a Google review before my delivery happened. I was so impressed with service. I chose a Mother's Day Arrangement made by the florist. I chose this because it is flowers that they have available at the moment. Sometimes when you order through an online company, the gets sent to local florist and sometimes certain flowers may not be available. Call your florist directly or order from their website. The price is not much different then ordering from the bigger online flower folks. Great service and my MIL loved what she received

Lavender roses come in two colors, one being a bit more gray, and one being lavender with the bright purple edges. Your recipient received the later, it is a very lovely lavender rose - it will never be pink. Reminder to customers, please do read the substitution policy as sometimes the God grown flowers we receive, will not be identical to the photo. We do try our very best to have it identical, but when you are dealing with a living item, there is always going to be variations.

Flowers looked small and old . Very disappointed. For $90 I expected a nice arrangement. Will not use this florist again.

I placed an order online for a peace lily for a neighbor who recently lost her mom. After I placed the order, I did some research and found that peace lilies are toxic to cats. I immediately sent an email and called the flower shop the next morning- the day of delivery. They were very accommodating in substituting other green plants in place of the peace lily. Great customer service.

I ordered this Christmas Cactus in the "deluxe" version and it was anything but deluxe. The picture is deceiving. I received a small plant with only two 4 blooms. Will never use again.

The bouguet was lovely and ordering it was an easy experience online. However, she said there was no note attached as to who it was from. I did take the time to pen a congratulations note to the new parents on the arrival of their daughter. Did it get lost in transport?
