I've been a floral designer for more than twenty years and opened Gifts from the Heart Florist in May of 2008. We specialize in low lush fine flower designs, weddings and special events. Gifts from the Heart is a six time winner of the Knot best of weddings and the Knot best of weddings hall of fame.

Angela, I am sorry for your disappointment, I take full responsibility. Our designer made an error and arranged the flowers according to a written description instead of the photograph along with the written formula. Although the vase was made with the correct flowers, the design was much different. As per my previous correspondence with you, I sent a gift basket to the gentleman who received the flowers with a note of apology.
I have taken steps to ensure we avoid this problem in the future.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
