Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (956) 728-0262, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (956) 728-0262 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

I understand sometimes the design does not come out exactly what you chose online due to availability of flowers. In this case, the yellow lilies were substituted for yellow carnations. Your flowers are beautiful! I have a slight problem though. She, who I sent flowers to, received 2 arrangements. I had ordered at the first of the week. A few days later I realized I never received a receipt so I thought the transaction didn't go thru. So, I ordered again. When I realized she received 2 of the same. I called from California and made an order. I talked to the lady at the shop and she told me they have a website. I looked and found the one I wanted. The family name was not on the ribbon. Therefore we were not able to determine which arrangement was sent by my family. It was not in the viewing room. So, I/we have to take your word for it that it was delivered. Funeral home staff says everything they received was displayed in viewing room.

Don't expect your order to be delivered on time let alone on the day you need it. The flowers were needed for a FUNERAL service that started at 8am so the delivery was supposed to be the day prior... NOPE didn't do it. Were they delivered before the service started? NOPE They were delivered about an hour after the service started. How nice, interrupt a funeral service for flowers to be delivered and set up. Thank you so much! Never again.

We live out of town so I ordered flowers for a funeral and specifically gave instructions that they needed to be delivered the evening before because the viewing was at 8:30 the following morning with the service starting at 10am. The morning of the viewing/funeral, Garza's flower shop called me at 9:30am stating they didn't get the arrangement delivered the day before because they attended a funeral for one of their employees and that they didn't have any delivery drivers to make the delivery. After some discussion, the employee stated that she would take them herself. I then called back, and she stated that the delivery driver would take them. We found out later that the flowers were only seen at the gravesite. A total disrespect for what our wishes were, and we should have been reimbursed the whole amount. This florist was recommended by the funeral home, so we contacted the funeral home to express our displeasure. Would not recommend this florist.

Hubo un detalle, al momento de la entrega no había nadie en casa, por medio de la Camara de entrada le pedí a la persona que hizo la entrega que lo dejara en la entrada y el me recomendó que mejor regresaba después, pues no quería dejarlo en el piso, lo que me pareció excelente. The arrangement was amazing, but the delivery was terrible. I added very specific delivery instructions with my order, and they were not followed which resulted in me having to pick them up. Very poor delivery practice. I also tried calling multiple times throughout the day they were to be delivered to check on the status and no one answered the phone. I’ve used Garza’s Floral multiple times in the past, but after this incident, I will find another floral company. I was very disappointed.

I ordered an arrangement for a funeral that took place in Laredo. I live Houston so I was not present to see the arrangement but a relative told me the arrangement looked beautiful, so great job. She also told me a banner was placed across the arrangement with mine and my husband's names. I did not order a banner. This was the worst experience ever. Arrangement was delivered to my wife’s work after 5 pm when I specifically asked for this to be delivered on Valentine’s Day between 9 and 11:30 am. I must of called more than 100 times to the store to check what was going on and never got an answer. Nobody answered the phone. The icing on the cake was the arrangement itself very low quality and not the balloon I ordered. I paid for the red Happy Valentines Day balloon and instead got a white I love you balloon. I paid 157 dollars for something to be delivered after 5 pm when my wife gets out at 6 pm. Terrible never doing business again with them.

If you really want my honest opinion, I paid damn near $100 to send a bouquet of roses. And when I saw them that same day that they were delivered they look like they were half dead. I didn't get a confirmation of delivery until almost 5:00 tell me that the roses were delivered at 11:51. that is not exactly what I call quality customer service and I'm actually very disappointed in the quality of the product that I had paid such a high price for. I'll have her send me pictures right now so that I can show y'all just how crummy those flowers look. I might not use y'all again ever if I need to send some flowers.

I called the flower shop to make sure my delivery would be there before 1pm (person receiving it would not be there after). I was happy to see that they made sure that was done. Customer service, ordering, processing, was all efficient! My issue, which is why it's a 3 star review and not a 5, is because the arrangement is made up of all roses. The arrangement had some pink carnations to replace some pink roses. I understand the small print, and know substitutions will be made in the even certain flowers are not available. However, pink roses are not rare, you can find them at any local grocery store. I absolutely hate carnations, they are a filler flower, a funeral flower, and not one I wanted for my mother's birthday. I specifically purchased this arrangement because it was composed of all roses. I was disappointed to see that even though I was willing to spend $100, corners were cut to make it cheaper for the floral shop.

I've had so many great experiences with Garza's Floral and Gifts. The delivery is always fast and the flowers are typically just as shown on the pictures. Yesterday I ordered a beautiful blue and white arrangement, but I was disappointed at the vase. The image depicted a tall square vase, but instead a short, round vase was delivered. The flowers and delivery were great, but it was not what I expected to send.

The arrangement said it included roses, but it did not have one rose. I understand substitutions can be made, but an equivalent substitution to a rose I believe would be more white lilies. Instead it had daisies. Perhaps they could have called to advise. The arrangement did however send the sentiments it was meant for, sympathy.

Honestly I was scared of buying flowers online because I had a terrible experience at a local unique creations in Laredo. Flowers were terrible. The flowers were not worth the price.These flowers were definitely worth the price. Loved the fact that it was same day delivery too. Flowers were most definitely similar to the picture provided online. Best flower shop. Probably the only one I’ll trust now on their pictures.

The arraignment itself and the delivery time were both perfect. The only thing that I had an issue with was the message card that was delivered with the flowers. When I typed out the card while checking out online it showed the font as cursive/italicized, centered and with a “signature” line. When delivered, the message on the card was in standard block type font, and all in one line. It did not look very good.

Special introductions were included when order was placed and it was a waste of time writing them. Arrangement was delivered at closing time of business and no one had the courtesy to call me to let me know that it was going to be deliver that late. I try calling the flower shop around 10 times and they never answer the phone. Terrible service, will not order from this flower shop again.

The flowers were excellent and the delivery was on time, the only thing is that they charged me $10 more for delivery, I paid $12.50 online and then got a call stating that it was to far... and they needed for me to pay an extra $10.. That the machine didn’t know where the location was and that’s what they just charge standard $12.50... I think they need to update there GPS... Other than that it was great!!
