It was very convenient to order online. I chose to upgrade the basic bouquet for a higher price. I wish that representative photos had been available for the additional upgrades. When the recipient sent me a photo of her arrangement, it appeared to be essentially identical to the basic arrangement...when I contacted the shop by phone, I was told about the extra blooms that had been added...but the arrangement did not appear to be substantially "fuller". So additional photos or at least details about how many more flowers would be added for upgrades would have been helpful.

after looking through your website I ordered The sunshine Daydream bouquet for my aunt Aunt, who had just had several strokes and was in the hospital. I purposely picked this bouquet because it was very minimalist. Had a clear glass cylinder like vase and the sunflowers were tall, and there wasn’t a lot of extra fluffy stuff around. What she got was an ugly blue vase that look like something you could get from the grocery store and with all the added fluff stuff inside the bouquet it just looked like a standard bouquet you’d get from the grocery store and didn’t look like the slim minimalist look as advertised BEWaARE

We're sorry that you were disappointed. As I mentioned to you previously, this hospital does not accept floral deliveries in clear glass containers. We substituted, without extra charge, a more expensive colored glass vase and,, as you acknowledged earlier, alerted you to a container substitution. As pictured on our website, the arrangement includes Mardi Gras solidago, a yellow accent flower which could certainly be described as fluffy. Since you had selected the upgraded deluxe version of this arrangement, we added two additional sunflowers and additional solidago. We don't like to hear that our customers are disappointed, and we hope you accept our apology.

Very disappointed. I paid extra for an arrangement that, according to the website, would include extra flowers. The arrangement had all greens, no white or red carnations. No red berries. It did have two red cardinals and an oversize bow.

The Joyful Tidings Holiday Basket includes a varied selection of seasonal greens such as Douglas and/or Balsam fir, pine, and boxwood along with the two cardinals you mentioned. It should also have included natural or faux hypericum or winter berries and natural cones. It is not shown with any flowers but does have a somewhat oversized bow. The deluxe version has additional quantities of greens, berries, and/or cones. If the berries or cones were missing, please have the recipient return it to us and we'll be happy to add them.

Flowers were sent to a Funeral Home for the wake of a very dear friend. Arrangement was sent fresh and lovely. Yellow roses (for FRIENDSHIP) were big and bold with strong yellow color. Clear vase and small bright purple flowers brimming with sweetness were just the ticket. In spite of the great loss of my friend, this arrangement made me smile when I was first inside the Funeral Home. I am so glad that I used Garrison's Florist. All of the flowers at the wake were just lovely! I think they helped my great friend's funeral attendees in some small way. I could not have wished for a nicer bouquet for this very sad event. My friend would have loved this bouquet. I hope that she looked down from heaven to know how special of a person she was and to everyone she met. Thank you, for making this sad event a bit easier to bear.

When I picked it up it didn’t have half the flowers this does and looked more like a plant then a flower arrangement because it had instead of flowers a ton of greenery. I was disappointed but had no time change it since was off to the funeral.

The design was disappointing - it appeared as if it had been finished in a hurry with a couple of lilies and a large piece of pine foliage added at the last minute to what looked like a promising base. The colours were good but content was poor and unbalanced. As a centrepiece design a candle would have been nice. A gift for my family requested from the UK for their Christmas table centrepiece - I was disappointed with the photo I received of their gift.

The arrangement was beautiful the day it arrived. That was short lived as the heads of the roses started drooping 3 days later, and were completely gone shortly afterwards. We agree! We typically hear that our flowers last at least a week, often two weeks, and sometimes longer. To get the longest flower life, we recommend trimming the stems and changing the water completely every three days. We'd be happy to replace the roses for you. Just let us know!

I ordered online but put my address as delivery location by accident instead of the correct address. I called immediately to fix the problem. The online rder came through to them as I was speaking to the gentleman on the phone. He quickly fixed the problem, told me I would get a refund because the correct address was closer than the one I put and that the flowers would be delivered around noon the next day. I recieved emails for the order, the progress of the order, the refund and confirmation of delivery the next day that arrived closer to 1030 then noon. This company did a great job, was helpful and courteous. I will absolutely use them again.

The ease of ordering online was fantastic, and the email responses telling me what was happening with my order also great. Prices for the product seemed reasonable, however, for a delivery in town I thought the delivery charge was a bit much at $10. All in all a good experience!
