Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (508) 997-2911, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (508) 997-2911 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Flowers were ready when I arrived to pick up. However, when I got them home, I noticed the purple flowers were already drooping. Thought they might just need water to perk up. However, by the time I brought them to my friend only 3 hours later, they were still drooping. I expect that those particular blooms will be dead in a day or two. Disappointing.

I placed an online order for Mother's Day, not realizing the shop would be closed on Sunday. Late Saturday, just before closing, the owners personally called to ask when I'd be picking up the flowers. I explained I was an hour away and wouldn’t make it in time. Rather than turning me away or asking me to come on Monday, they went above and beyond—they arranged for the flowers to be delivered to my home instead.
This is what true customer service looks like. The flowers were already paid for—they could have easily said "too bad," but instead they chose to make it right. The flowers were beautiful, and the kindness shown was even more impressive.

Two weeks before Mother’s Day--to be certain it would be in stock and on time--I ordered the Deluxe Sweet Charm bouquet to be delivered to my mom. I chose this bouquet because it was supposed to come in a large white "understated rustic rectangle container” (as shown on the site and on my receipt ). It was supposed to include many green hydrangeas, and be approximately 9" H x 12" W. What was delivered to my mother featured hot pink roses (they must be dyed—ugh!), no subtle hydrangeas, in a drab blue jar, with a hideous purple ribbon. It was a much smaller arrangement and it was tasteless.
My mother has very specific tastes when it comes to flowers and I could hear the disappointment in her voice.
They did not deliver anything like what I ordered and paid $74 for! Garlington, please refund my credit card ASAP!

I have to first start by saying I have never had an issue with the arrangements I have ordered from this shop. What ever I ordered was always what was delivered and their delivery service was top notch. But this time I ordered the "Pink Illusion" and what is pictured was nothing like what was delivered. I am highly disappointed this time around these flowers where for a birthday and looked like they just through a few flowers in a vase. There were no purples, pink baby rose or the white/green bunches. It came in a tall pink glass with 1 Gerber daisy, 2 pink rises and 4 carnations with a bunch of greenery and a pink bow, nothing like the picture and not close worth the money I spent. I understand that things are not always the same in a picture or the florist runs out of certain flowers but you can either call to tell the customer or at least make it look nicer. Terribly embarrassed and disappointed this time around.

Very disappointed with delivery. My grandmother wasn't home at the time of the delivery so they left a tag on the door. She was told they would deliver it later that day. At the end of the day she called the store. They were not going deliver it today because they were so busy andthey would do it tomorrow, she called this morning and the piece was still at the store and hadn't been put on a truck yet. She then went and picked it up. This was a very heavy piece for my grandmother to have to lift and I paid for delivery. What was supposed to be a nice Christmas surprise was ruined.

I assumed we would get the cheapest flowers that were past bloom they had but instead the arrangement had lush purples, pinks, and red roses, hydrangeas, daisies, and more just before their peak! I placed this order on 5/3 in preparation for a 5/6 delivery. I received a call after 4pm with a message to call back regarding my order/delivery. I called on 5/7 around 9 am and they informed me that they had not made the delivery because the driver over looked it. I had to reschedule this delivery for 5/9 and missing the Mother’s Day gift.

My dear aunt passed away in February. The obituary encouraged us to donate to her favorite charity in lieu of flowers, which we did. However, as I thought about her on the night before the funeral, I couldn’t bear the thought of not sending any flowers, especially since my family and I could not travel from Florida to attend the funeral.

Disappointed! The flowers I picked online didn’t look much like what you created. Bouquet was not full like the picture, no white flowers ( poms and carnations). I specifically liked the mix of red and white for Christmas and there were no white flowers at all in the bouquet. (Maybe you are getting low on Christmas flower inventory.). I know flowers ordered from afar often don’t completely match the online selection, but this was so far from it. At least flowers were fresh and bright.

My item was not delivered on the day it was promised. I was told by the worker when I called that they attempted to deliver on day promised but no one was home. That was not a true statement. I asked the worker to leave at the door when they deliver today. She had a difficult time even locating the order and I found her to be rude and unprofessional as she chomped food in my ear and then as she hung up the phone abruptly when I suggested to just leave it. Hello! Overall I’m satisfied with my purchase and maybe I did not see the full description of the flowers, however on other sites I know they list EXACTLY each type of flower in the arrangement. I was disappointed that the bouquet had carnations in it... if I had know I would have gotten another bouquet for my friend bc she hates carnations and I too think they are cheap. Just an idea for the future to put every type of flower in the bouquet in the description! Overall, the colors of the bouquet were pretty and brightened her day. Thank you!

I ordered flowers online. Make sure you contact them with the hours of delivery because you can't do that online. They ended up delivering 5 minutes before my wife's office closed for the day and I suspect that it's only because I called them late in the afternoon to find out where they were.

Honestly I was really disappointed. A week before Valentine’s Day, I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother at her job. Her job is 4 minutes away from the florist shop. I understood when I placed the order that they could not guarantee a specific time, but I requested anytime between 7:45 am- 3:45 pm since that is her a work day. I thought this was a large enough time frame for them considering it’s basically the shop hours as well. They were delivered at 3:55 and she almost missed them.!! I had to call around 3 pm to check and spoke with a very rude lady who informed me that flowers hadn’t even been picked up by the drivers yet and I could pick them up if I wasn’t happy. I was at work and I wouldn’t have ordered flowers to be delivered if I could pick them up. I will never recommend this shop to any of my friends and family.

I was able to easily order my delivery online and leave notes about the delivery itself. The following day I realized that I didn't specify that the delivery to her workplace needed to be done by a certain time due to school hours. I called in the late afternoon and they said they were incredibly accommodating. They assured me that they would try to deliver by the 3pm deadline and if not would be sure to get it delivered early the following day. About 20 minutes after my call I received a text from the recipient with the a picture of the arrangement. It looked exactly as it had online and the quick delivery was amazing. Great service.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I placed an order for 2 “Comfort” plants to be delivered to people in 2 towns. The order was placed at 6AM online and plants were delivered that morning!!! According to recipients, the plants were beautiful. Highly recommend this florist!

Disappointed! The bouquet arrived with all flowers already in full bloom so it did not last more than a couple days. While I did not expect the arrangement to exactly mirror the photo online, I was disappointed to see that there was no variation in the colors of the flowers. All flowers were orange.

Excellent customer service. I requested a custom arrangement and shared a color scheme and flower choices and a design upon which to base it. It was for a very special occasion (Mother's Day and 50yh birthday) and Garlington went above and beyond, delivering a stunning arrangement in a beautiful vase and ribbon which thoroughly impressed the recipient.

The only downside, is that you never call prior to delivering as my mom is elderly and it takes her time to move around when the doorbell rings. I have consistently requested a call to her announcing the delivery time and you consistently have never called her. Can't something be done here?
