Same day delivery was a huge plus, just unfortunate I feel ripped off. For both items I paid nearly $100. A single red forever rose which I was under the assumption would be a bit larger, and a $5 chocolate bar.. The math ain’t mathing.. I could’ve and should’ve done it myself. These items are worth $50 at most and $40 - $50 for delivery just isn’t worth it.

Very beautiful arrangement! This is my 2nd time ordering from this florist and they do not disappoint. They have astonishingly quick delivery times and the flowers are very similar to what is pictured. For this bouquet, we received baby's breath instead of the purple monte casino. The roses are a rich plum color that contrast well with the lavender chrysanthemums. Overall not as vibrant of an arrangement as expected, but that was fine for the recipient.

Ordered this arrangement for my Mother-in-Law's birthday (just a few days after Mother's Day) and received a call that, due to holiday, they were out of bloomed pink tiger lilies. The florist offered fully bloomed white tiger lilies and supplemented the bouquet with closed pink ones at no extra cost. That was such a nice surprise and made my MIL so happy to have the life of her bouquet extended with additional blooms. They also delivered very quickly and sent a picture of the delivery as peace of mind. Highly recommend and will be using for all our floral holidays in the future!

The flowers and arrangement was superb, great job. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the chocolates I ordered with the rose arrangement were melted. And not a little melted but the box must have been sitting on its edge in the heat and all the chocolates were melted all in one. Very embarrassing and disappointing because it was a birthday gift.

Ordered the Floral Tower of Orchids and Roses for my mom for Mother's Day. I asked if they would be able to deliver in the morning before she left for work and they were able to accommodate. My mom absolutely loved the flowers, she called me immediately to thank me for them and sent me pictures of how gorgeous the arrangement was. Even prettier than the website picture, there was an abundance of orchids and the roses are a stunning gradient of orange to yellow. Very pleased with my purchase!

I feel your website is deceiving/false advertisement. Saphire Roses are really faded blue roses... The white lily's were yellow, no one called to discuss the substitute. White roses were not the best, but no ones perfect. Arrangement seemed rushed and subpar. Box of chocolates weren't anything like advertisement, my friend got a cheap box of Russell Stovers. Sloppy, messy hand writing on the card, not the professionalism I thought I was paying for. I was very disappointed. I could have bought my friend flowers from Staters for $60 bucks that looked better than these, and saved myself $190. For $250, I expected professionalism and expertise. I think a person off the street could of done a better job on this arrangement than you guys did... that's sad, because my friend starts chemo today, and I really wanted to cheer her up with those deep blue roses, with the pops of white.
I understand that my flower arrangement is not gonna look exactly like your picture in your advertisement. But, it should be the same flowers, unless you called me to make changes. Blue roses were faded blue, not deep blue.

This is exactly what you're trying to avoid by taking in to much orders, but it's gonna backfire, because the quality you once offered isn't there anymore, nor is your customer service. Slow down, make sure you aren't sacrificing your quality of service, for quality. Or open another shop...

First time ordering from this flower shop and it will be my last. I DID NOT like the service I received the staff was unprofessionally and uncaring. I told them that I would be there to pick my order up at 9am but did not get there until almost 10am which gave them a little extra time to have my order ready considering I placed the order the day before but it was not ready when I got there. I had a message with the order which I thought would be typed out, but instead I had to wait for the lady to hand write the message which I could have done myself and I would have been able to read it because my hand writing is much better. All around bad service for the price I paid.

This is one of the best florists I have used. Up til this year I have always used 1800 Flowers and have never been satisfied with their service and quality. Frustrated, I searched for a local florist and found Garden of Roses. Every order has been correct, delivered on time and beautiful. They are a bit on the expensive side for both flowers and delivery, but if quality and excellent service is what you want this business delivers. No pun intended.

I ordered this bouquet of flowers and when it arrived it is better than the picture. The next day I looked closer and realized that every detail was given special attention. The big flower centerpiece also has a follow up bloom ready to open later. Each flower is perfect and beautiful.
On the delivery, I accidentally booked an appointment during my original specified delivery time & called the shop. He said not a problem we’ll have it there on time. And there it was at my door a half hour earlier!

Garden of Roses has been my go to for about 5 years now. I've always been pleased with the floral arrangements I've purchased for gifts, with the exception of my last order. I paid $119.00 to gift to my daughter's 40 birthday. When I saw what was delivered I was very disappointed. The delivery came on a Friday afternoon and I saw them that same evening. There were way to many flowers that didn't even look fresh!! They looked like they were a few days old! Again very disappointed. My daughter seemed to be pleased but I think she was just being gracious. Unhappy face!

The flowers shown in the photo I chose were unavailable. It would have been helpful to know that as I was ordering. I could have then scrolled through some more photos before having to change the order by phone and just hope it would look as nice. That said... the order they did send was very nice and they sent a photo of it to me so I would know. I would use them again. I’d just call and verify what was available first.

Was not happy at all with the service. First I wanted the flowers delivered Monday before 1 pm and they weren't, they were delivered Thursday which was fine, no biggie. Second flowers were given to the wrong person...... The person I sent the flowers to was named Tania and they were delivered to another person named Tiana because whoever wrote the note misspelled the name. Third, this was supposed to be anonymous and they put my name of the note so everyone was confused as to why I would send flowers to Tiana instead of Tania so I had a bunch of explaining to thanks to you.... For the price you charge I was expecting excellent service but was totally disappointed... Will never do business with you again.

Buying flowers without knowing the quality is a little unnerving, are the roses old? Have they been in the refrigerator to long? Will they last? It’s a crap shoot at best. From the time we ordered over the internet until delivery we received excellent service, Garden of Roses stayed in touch, sent us a ‘Bloomsnap’ of what they created for my hospitalized family member.
