Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (816) 380-2522, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (816) 380-2522 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Great experience with them. I called from Mississippi for a co-worked who lost her Mom. They helped me create a mix of a live plant and cut flowers added. They sent me a pic and I asked if they could add a few more pieces of color and they did and it was perfect!! She loved it!! My wife was very pleased with her floral arrangement. However, I was very surprised and disappointed when the delivery person called me and said she was at my house - no one home and my wife didn't answer her phone, so she left the arrangement setting on a table outside the front door. What the he__, it was only close to 100 degrees yesterday. i said that wasn't acceptable and she did suggest that perhaps she could take them back to the store and try again later.

The funeral arrangement was so very beautiful and colorful. My siblings and I loved the arrangement made by your florist. The flowers were nice but I feel they did not look as full. I felt for what I paid the arrangement didn't look as professional as it should have. I know there were different sizes, but i don't think the arrangement should look scarce when not choosing the larger sizes. Use a smaller vase if necessary. I live in California and I sent those flowers to my daughter for her 1st Mother's Day. Although she loved them I feel the arrangement fell short. I sent these flowers to my best friends mom who turned 80 and just admitted to a nursing home. She absolutely LOVED them !!! The arrangement of flowers were nice but what attracted me to choose this one was how the arrangement resembled angel wings and the cross at the top. Unfortunately our display did not resemble angel wings at all and the cross was shove far down so that you didn’t even know it was there until you got right in front of it.

Ordering online was super easy! All price points were included, so though I had a lower budget than usual, I had several choices here to choose from, that was an unexpected surprise. I didn't feel like I was overpaying at all and this was a rural delivery so it was nice that the charge wasn't overpriced either. The one thing that would have been better is that I did not get to see an actual picture of the flowers that were actually delivered to the recipient. It would be great if they could snap a pic real quick once the arrangement is made, and add it to the delivery confirmation email. This way I would get to see that what was delivered is actually comparable to the site picture.
