About the Shop
Malibu Garden Florist is a local florist specializing in unique, custom designed, fresh flower arrangements for all occasions with outstanding customer service. We serve the communities of Malibu, Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, Moorpark, Camarillo, Calabasas and Agoura Hills.
We are located in Westlake Village, near the Four Seasons Westlake Village and the Westlake Village Inn.
We are preferred vendors at Mastro's Ocean Club Malibu, Mastro's Thousand Oaks, The Lodge at Malibou Lakes, The Westlake Village Inn, Pepperdine University and Walnut Grove in Moorpark.
We do corporate events, private events and weddings of all sizes.
The owner, Chantal, has been a florist since 1993 and believes flowers are a form of communication and need to express what you want to say.
Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

However, when my daughter - to whom I sent the flowers to for her birthday- sent me a photo, the flower arrangement didn’t look like the one in the photo on your website. It still was pretty but different!! I have photos but not sure how to send you Thank you SW
