Beautiful, exactly as pictured!
Lovely flowers! Looked very much like the photo. Easy, efficient, and fast website for purchasing - I really appreciate that. Delivery was timely in the morning which was very nice. All in all, I had a great experience and will definitely be back.

Beautiful arrangement! Our friend was so happy to receive it.
Not nearly as impressive as the photo on the website. Less flowers, and while I expected substitutions based on what was available, they were not fresh looking.Some had brown edges. Also, not delivered in the clear glass cube vase as described, instead in a white cylinder vase.

However, when my daughter - to whom I sent the flowers to for her birthday- sent me a photo, the flower arrangement didn’t look like the one in the photo on your website. It still was pretty but different!! I have photos but not sure how to send you

The flowers were even more beautiful than the photo!
Not happy with the color substitutions of pastel blue flowers that changed a pretty color story from the photo online to a jumbled mess of color.
I would not have chosen to send this if I had known the colors would be so different, and an ugly combination.
In addition, the fuschia pink liatris which was hanging out of the main flower bunch looked tired and out of place.
Not your best effort.

I’m giving them 3 stars for quick delivery and a good enough approximation of the photo provided on their website. However, instead of the plethora of pink-tipped orange roses and large pink peonies, we got a small pink ranunculus and plain orange roses and a couple droopy, ill-positioned green orchids that simply looked like foliage. The bulk of what took up the space was a large green fuzzy ball flower so instead of it being predominantly pink/orange it became predominantly spring green. I expected more for the price.

The best thing that I could say is that I would definately use them again. They called to let me know they did not have the specific color I had requested and made suggestions to substitute, they did a great job, they let me know when it was delivered and later told me that the intended recipient received the bouquet.

The company, Garden Florists was very accommodating. Per my request, the florist contacted me regarding my arrangement ensuring it was to my satisfaction. Even though I requested to see the flowers before they were delivered, I was not expecting them to heed my requests but am extremely grateful they did. For this reason, I will use Bloom Nation again!
We sent this bouquet to a dear friend who just lost her husband. She texted me this. "I can't think of the words to describe how beautiful the flowers are." I asked her to send me a picture and they were more lovely than your website's picture. Additionally, she told me that they were being delivered as she drove up to her home, and the delivery gentleman offered to carry them into her house because they were heavy. Thank you so much!!!! We sent the arrangement to my sister’s office to celebrate her birthday—she was overjoyed to receive it and now has it on her desk for her co-workers to fawn over. I hope it lasts a long time. Picked their name from the Bloom Nation website, ordered online with fingers crossed. I requested morning delivery on a Saturday and called to follow-up Saturday morning. The gal knew which order was mine and confirmed that it was going out on the first run. The delivery was completed before the recipients had to leave for the day and they raved about the flowers and the arrangement. Very pleased when things work out and I'll certainly use Garden Florist again, thanks!!!

I had tried the big flower delivery companies online in this area and had horrible experiences. I found Garden Florists and immediately knew this would be the route to go. They called me after my online order to confirm details and the flowers showed up nearly identical to their photos, fresh and vibrant and perfect delivery service!

When I ordered flowers from Garden Florist two weeks ago, they completely shattered all expectations. I shopped around and compared prices ahead of time. The arrangements offered by Garden Florist were more beautiful and somehow less expensive than neighboring florists. I ordered the flowers for same day delivery. When I called with a last minute change to the delivery address, I was told that they flowers were out for delivery but that they would take care of it. They immediately got in contact with the delivery driver and delivered the flowers to the alternate address. They were unbelievably gracious and accommodating. Also, despite ordering the flowers nearly two full weeks ago, the flowers somehow still look stunning. I will certainly order flowers from Garden Florist again in the future!

The flowers were beautiful and fresh. The vase is lovely as well. The delivery was spot on.
The bouquet was colorful but some of the flowers were already browning and there was a noticeable hole in the center of the arrangement as if 2-3 flowers were missing. I pulled flowers from other parts of the arrangement to fill the hole so it wasn't so obvious. I've been more than satisfied in the past so this was a surprise.
If everyone's on line business was to follow this example it would be a far more pleasant world . Every aspect of this transaction was professionally handled , great communication .

Unfortunately the bouquet that was delivered was more pink than purple/lavender. This color combination is her favorite (purple/green) not pink. I was a bit disappointed.
Great Experience. ***** I ordered online and received a phone call that some of the flowers included in the bouquet (as shown online) were not in season at this time, they worked with me and created a personal bouquet using colors that were similar to the original order. They then went so far as to text a picture of the new creation to make sure it met my expectations and then sent an email confirming delivery.
Since I was ordering from out of town for a family member who is ill I was very appreciative of the extra care they took with my order. I will be ordering from them again.

The person called me right away to let me know that they needed to use a different container than pictured. WE discussed it and she sent me a picture of the vessel she was going to use. The flowers were delivered promptly and I was notified via email that they were. Great experience.
After getting a technical snafu worked out with the kind owner of the shop, I was very impressed with the speed and skill with which the flowers were assembled and delivered. They were absolutely gorgeous! The website had a few problems this weekend, which made delivery later than I wish, but that was not the fault of the owner.
