Since my childhood playtime in my grandparent's gardens, I have been captivated by nature and it's beauty. Our designs draw on that same attraction keeping most of our designs simple; allowing the beauty of the flowers to "speak" for themselves. We regularly stock the finest seasonal garden flowers and boast one of the best selections in the area. Varieties regularly include roses in many colors, antique garden roses, hydrangea in a variety of colors, gerbera daisies, fragrant oriental lilies, orchids and seasonal wildflowers.

Leaving a 4 star review bc I’ve had positive experiences in the past but this bouquet was honestly pretty disappointing. A lot of the flowers were drooping and it was smaller than expected. It wasn’t ugly it just didn’t really look like the picture and the flowers looked several days old already. Like I said before though, I’ve seen other people get the most beautiful bouquets from this company so I know they make some great ones.

The arrangement is lovely, the colors are bright and cheerful. For the price, we were expecting it to be larger/fuller. It seems like in the past, you get a lot of bang for the buck with Garden Delights but this one seemed small for what we paid. This was ordered online, next time I would call and get better information about the size of the arrangement before making the purchase.

We’ve ordered this type of corsage several times for different occasions, and they’re always lovely. The blooms are petite enough that they’re comfortable to wear, and they coordinate well with almost any color. If requested in enough time, they’ll even go above and beyond to add a particular color ribbon or accent to match even more. Communication is great, and pick up is easy. I ordered online the Vivid Daydream and it says, "Bouquet will be delivered approximately as pictured". My son sent me a photo of the arrangement. While the arrangement was pretty it did not look like the photo. There was no blooming hydrangea (as shown in photo online) hardly any berried accents or peach roses. There were many different colors of flowers in the online photo which made the arrangement pop. Not so much it was sent.

On top of that, the company never delivered the arrangement and I had to send in a complaint to even receive a refund and a half-hearted apology. What a great long-distance experience! It is always difficult to send flowers when you don't know any of the floral shops in the area. So happy I chose Garden Delights Fine Florist. The flowers were of course beautiful but the customer service was above and beyond. They were delivered to an apartment building and the shop called my friend to make sure she had picked them up from the lobby and then let me know. I didn't even ask for them to do that. Ordered flowers for my wife’s anniversary the day of, and had them delivered to Bellevue. I asked if they could deliver by 11 AM. They could not make it by 11 on short notice, but before 12 my wife had her flowers and loved them. Nice, responsive customer service and a uniquely beautiful arrangement. They’re a tad pricey for what you get ($93 for a small-sized arrangement plus delivery fee- I’d expect $75-80 total for what I ordered), but if I get great service and quality the price is less of a bother. It’s the only reason I decided on 4 instead of 5 stars, but if I could give 4.5 I would ;) I would certainly recommend them if you’re looking for something nice.

I was kinda disappointed when I saw the picture of the flower pot I got for my sister. I understand that flowers and plants aren’t always available and it isn’t going to look exactly the same, but my order was really different. The Color theme was orange which is totally not what I was expecting and not a favorite of the person I was getting it for. I thought since the picture featured pinks, that the flowers (even if they weren’t the exact same) would at least be in the same color scheme. Also it was a smaller size than pictured and had a big old fashioned bow tied on it, which we took off.

I've use Garden Delights for years (I lived in Grassland for a long time) and it's always the best experience. I like the wilder bouquets, so I usually do something like the "So Beautiful" option and let the Garden Delights team handle the rest. Upon searching for florists in the area, I found Garden Delights, and really loved what I saw on their website. I specifically requested the delivery be before noon on the delivery date. They did so and the orchid they delivered was even more beautiful than the image on their website. The pricing is reasonable and the additional delivery fee was low in comparison to some other sites I reviewed. I especially appreciated the delivery confirmation that was sent.

I purchased the Berry Hill Brunch and upgraded to the set of 5 vases, instead of 3 and WOW! They were even more beautiful than the website showed. My mom absolutely loved everything about this arrangement. The detail that went into selecting all unique vintage vases and presenting on a silver platter - absolutely perfect! The flowers were fantastic, however my girlfriend did not receive them until very late in the day. I deliberately chose this florist because of their proximity to my girlfriend's office (I live in another city) and because they seemed to be more of a boutique shop than most of the other options. I understand that Valentine's Day is extremely busy for the flower business, but for the premium price it's very disappointing that the flowers were not delivered before lunch time when here office was merely a few minutes away.
