A dear friend had a milestone birthday approaching, but I knew she wouldn't be able to celebrate due to her husband's serious health issues. I ordered the "Basket of Summer" to be delivered. She called to say it is the most beautiful arrangement she's ever received and really brightened her whole week! Thank you, that was what I'd hoped for.

Always put together the best arrangements
The arrangement was lovely but didn't look anything like in the picture. I chose this arrangement because I love pink but the flowers that came were all different bright colors including yellow & maroon which I don't like. The vase was different & also there were less flowers & more greenery than shown in the picture.

According to my daughter, the original arrangement that I had ordered was sent to someone else because it was sent to the wrong address. Although the arrangement that you did end up sending to her was beautiful it was not as colorful as the one that I had picked out. Just disappointed about that.

I ordered these flowers for my mother, and while the flowers she received were pretty, they looked nothing like the arrangement pictured. I realize that some alternations need to be made due to flower availability, but this seemed a bit extreme to me.
Really liked the color scheme of the picture, but I didn't think the flowers sent were of the same scheme. Still pretty, but it was all red and pink and not green and mauve.

Honestly, I was underwhelmed when I saw the premium upgrade at the funeral home amidst all the other arrangements. It looked very much like the standard bouquet. For $175 it was not anything that I thought it would be.

I wasn't exactly thrilled with the arrangement that you provided for my friend...nor the "pot" that you gave her to house the flowers. I thought she was getting a glass vase. I thought it would have looked more like this picture or similar. It wasn't.

Order not as expected nor pictured. I realize that there are supply issues currently, but I would have appreciated a call when such dramatic substitutions were made. The peonies that were substituted had brown on the petals and they dropped the day after delivery. We took them entirely out of the bouquet today which is 2 days since delivery. I usually have great experiences with Gallea’s.

To top it off I received a friendly phone call to let me know that flowers had been delivered. I ordered two wrapped bouquets for Mother’s Day and asked for one to be purple and one to be pink. Not only did Gallea’s read the note but they definitely understood the assignment. The two bouquets I picked up with gorgeous and within color schemes. They also were very equal which was awesome since both mothers were coming over for dinner. Picking up was super easy and they even gave me a box to carry them home since together it was a lot of flowers. Overall, I’ll be back and so glad I found this florist. Thank you!!

I wanted to order flowers for my daughter in law who recently moved to Rochester...I live in the Chicago area so I had to rely on reviews to find a local florist. My initial order was delivered earlier than my request...so I corresponded with one of the owners, and they delivered another arrangement on my requested date. My communication with the owner was so thoughtful and pleasant. The arrangements that my daughter-in-law received were stunning (her words). I can’t say enough about how thoughtful they were. After searching the web for florist I found the prices unbeatable. The process was simple, the delivery charge reasonable and the product was OUTSTANDING! The reaction from the recipient was better than expected. I will recommend Gallea's and I will be happy to support them again.
