Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?

Although I personally didn’t see the delivered flowers, my experience was great! I ordered a same day delivery in the morning and the arrangement arrived within less than 2 hours. I was just hoping they would get there within maybe 5-6 hours, at least. So I was shocked they got there so quickly. The recipients said the flowers were beautiful and loved them. Happy customers!

I liked the ease of ordering online. When no one answered the phone, text or door, the delivery person texted me and asked if he/she could leave the flowers on the front porch. I really appreciated that. The only thing I would note is that the flowers looked nothing like the photo online. The colors and types of flowers were all different. From the photo my friend sent me, it looked like a lovely fall bouquet -- and I know they reserve the right to switch out flowers. But why post all the different photos of bouquets when they probably won't look anything like that? Next time, I'll just call and say make up something nice with what you have.

Blooming success! I ordered flowers and chocolates to be delivered to my mom for her birthday. It was a little complicated because I live 3 time zones away, making it difficult to know exactly when to have flowers delivered. The first attempted, my mom, was not home. I live in California and recently sent sympathy flowers to a friend in Reno after his father passed. I ordered the "Hilda" arrangement online. They were made and delivered the next day as requested, although not with the same "simple silver vase" as described in the store photo. My friend sent me a pic of the arrangement on Monday afternoon. However, by Friday morning, the pic shows the flowers were already wilting. Although my friend did say they were still fragrant. Disappointed the flowers didn't last longer, but overall satisfied with the order and customer service received by phone. Would recommend and use again.

I live in Las Vegas and my mother lives in Reno. I went online and searched for a florist in Reno and went off reviews. I placed an order for a bouquet of tulips and later learned that tulips are deadly to my mother’s cats! I reached out to the florist right away, via email, and received a quick response. These flowers turned out gorgeous. They are so unique and truly are beautiful. I've ordered many flowers from several different shops in Reno and these upon first arrival were absolutely spectacular. I'm taking a star off because my mom received the flowers yesterday and today several (six to be exact) have already severely wilted and are dying (two are completely dead). She watered them right before bed, first thing in the morning and has checked them all throughout the day. We are trying to figure out why and we think perhaps the vase used is just too shallow to substantiate that big of a bouquet. Or perhaps it's just luck of the draw with each flower. Either way we are saddened to have that many flowers down the very next day upon receiving them. Again, they are (were) stunning, but we have mixed feelings.

Their arrangements are sublime - just as beautiful if not more so than pictured. I just love that you can make color and floral requests - they are truly artisan designers. My sister-in-law was wowed by her arrangment - even really liked the artistic container the flowers arrived in. She will likely be placing her own orders with Galena Forest Flowers in the future. Here's what my friend said: I am just overwhelmed by the beauty of the bouquet that you sent. It is stunning. I can only tell you that the joy of seeing beauty on my counter is just wonderful: shades of lavender roses, the spiked mums. I don't believe I have ever seen a more beautiful arrangement.
