I placed my order at 10:45 am, and it was delivered by 3 pm that afternoon. They were out of the vase in the picture, so they called right away to let me know and even sent me photos of options. My aunt (who received the flowers) sent me a photo when she got them, and they were just as pictured.

Flowers were very nice and delivered timely. However, it seems that since we ordered online, there were no ribbons to designate the sender. For a funeral service, there should be an option to specify desire for ribbon and what to add on there.

I found out last minute about a death in the family and needed same day flowers sent to extend our love from afar. From the Heartist Florist was able to accommodate to my same day request and their system offered a timer to let me know how much time I had to order to fulfill same day order. I ordered the Paradise Found flower arrangement which seemed to be a perfect theme for our love one that has passed and went peacefully. Shirley was very helpful; she explained all about the options for different blooms and how their delivery system works. I placed my order on the website right after that, it was efficient and easy. Greetings! The Rustic Woodland Succulent Garden was delivered as asked to my daughter in honor of her 50th Birthday. I live in Canada and miss celebrating in person my family's special occasions. I spent quite a lot of time finding the perfect arrangement. My daughter sent me a picture after the item was delivered. The garden was very pretty, but I was very disappointed that the arrangement was in a terracotta pot. The description provided on your website said the pot was white birch. I was quite excited about that. With a simple strip of red ribbon around the pot this would have made the perfect unique centerpiece for the holidays. The succulents in the pot were ok, but not as awesome as the ones in the photograph online.

I ordered this bouquet for my Mom's 99th birthday. She loved it and the flower really cheer her up. Since I live out of state, I cannot see it in person. But judging from the picture the housekeeper sent me, it was beautiful! I ordered in the morning, and the arrangement was delivered at 2pm. the plants in the photo did not match the plants in the basket delivered. I did get a phone call to let me know there were no flowering succulents available but neither the dieffenbachia nor the maranta leuconeura were present in the arrangement delivered. there was a schefflera in it, however, that was not pictured online. basically i feel the photo misrepresented the quantity and quality of plants for an $80 arrangement. sorry.

Disappointed. Upgraded to the premium version expecting the highest grade of flowers and more blooms as noted on the website. There was nothing additional and no additional blooms - even less than the standard photo displayed on the website. 6 sunflowers, 2 berries and greenery- no craspedia (billy balls) or substitute. I also asked for morning delivery if possible and the flowers were delivered at 3:30 after calling to check on the status.

My daughter's favorite flower is peonies, so I ordered the arrangement pictured for $170. When I called to inquire about placing an order, the fellow said, "It's good you're ordering early. That way we'll be sure to get the peonies from the supplier and we won't have to substitute." So I was surprised when my daughter sent me a photo of the arrangement she received. It's pretty and it's colorful - she said it was large and lovely - but it's sure not what was pictured. Also, the flowers, at least some of them, looked so blown out, I wasn't sure they'd last till Mother's Day.

From the Heart Florist were amazing! I ordered an arrangement for a funeral that I was not able to attend. When I ordered I requested the flowers to be delivered 2 hours before the service, the shop called me a few hours later to let me know that they wouldn't be able to deliver until closer to the service. Long story short, the arrangement was hand delivered well before the service and everyone told me how beautiful they looked. Thank you all so much!
