I ordered my arrangements for my wife on the 8th of February. She didn’t get her delivery until 10 til 5. She should’ve received her flowers way before that time. There was no water in her rose arrangement and it was so late she didn’t bother to check! Of course the next day the roses were dying, she was very upset and that made me upset to even call twice and there was no time estimate of arrival and then my wife is upset because of the late delivery and no water in the vase! I don’t understand, never had any issues with you guys but something should be done!

The flowers were prepared in a timely manner of Valentine's Day. I arrived at the shop at 9:30 a.m., a half hour before the time I requested the flowers be ready, and was invited into the back room while they finished it, all while the workers were rushing to fill Valentine's Day orders. Incredible graciousness by the owners and other workers during an especially hectic time.
My flower arrangement was the "Fields of Europe Romance" and was very close to what was depicted on-line except for one thing. The difference was that the actual lilies had a darker red inside color than the ones pictured. In both my eyes and my "valentine's" eyes, the extra red tone improved the overall look of the arrangement.

I’ve used them twice for flower deliveries to Chesapeake Seafood house for my parent’s Anniversary and they didn’t disappoint. Terrible, and if I could rate a negative I would. I ordered two arrangements and only one arrived. The custom arrangement of roses for mother's day was missing. When I called to follow up the store said they would try to deliver two days later and offered no compensation. When I said that wasn't acceptable the manager said she would deliver that evening and give me 1/2 off. What arrived looks like a vase of whatever they had leftover from the day...definitely not the peach roses and baby's breath I ordered. I will be calling for a refund!

The arrangement as made was much more yellow dominant with the same proportion of the pink and peach and light red colors but less of the deeper red of the picture. The overall look came off much more yellow and less like an arrangement of mainly soft pastels that my late mother-in-law would have selected, a basis for my selection of it. As the yellow ones look more expensive than the redder ones, I certainly do not think that I was "shorted."
It was still a very pretty arrangement, with the same/similar flowers as shown, just in different amounts that resulted in an overall different look.
As my other orders from your shop have been as pictured, and this arrangement was still beautiful, I will be making my next flower order from your wonderful shop.

When I responded to your email I stated that the picture that the recipient sent you of the flowers was a very poor photo and did not show the front of the flowers but the bottom back portion. I have a photo of the actual flower arrangement and it looks just like the pic only brighter colors.

Zero Stars really. The flowers selected via the website were not the ones delivered.
The site says they could be different but cheaper flowers were substitued. I ordered "Elegant Blush" which includes white roses, astromelia, baby's breath and a couple other filler flowers. The arrangement showed up with lilies, astromelia and some other white flower I can't identify, possibly lisianthus flowers. I emailed owner, who says that they uses the exact depicted flowers from the advertisement. I guess she does not know what her own flowers are either. Choose another store of you order online or be disappointed.

I have been a florist for 34 years and I normally let reviews that I disagree with go, but I’m done letting people say whatever. The flowers in arrangement called elegant blush are roses, stock, alstroemeria, baby’s breath and carnations. Which is exactly what we put in it and the customer even sent me a photo verifying that. So when someone says it was completely different than the photo and sends photographic evidence stating otherwise it just makes me angry. We try our best to give our customers what they ask for and alway try to fix a problem, but when you put a bad review and don’t even allow us to try and fix the problem I don’t believe that is fair. We are a small business and negative words hurt not only our feelings, but our business. So please give any business a chance to fix a mistake before putting a bad review out there. Thank you.

It came an hour later than it was supposed to. The roses were already turning brown on the edges. Several of the smaller pieces had broken stems. The vase was completely not what was pictured at all,shape or color. For $80+ it should have been perfect. Walmart has better flowers in my opinion. Never again!

Never again! What I purchased and what I received or two totally different things then the owner wanted to argue with me over prices of roses I didn’t even order roses there was not even one single rose in my order I’m out almost $80 between the cost of the flowers shipping tax and I tipped I would NOT recommend this place at all!!! when I told the driver this is not what I ordered she looked at me and said I’m just the driver and walked away

Friday’z Flower shop has been a life saver for me. They have provided beautiful flowers for my Mom’s birthday and Mother’s Day, and most recently, a Standing Spray for a dear family friend’s funeral.
Jennifer was very easy to work with, assuring me the spray would look as pictured. The family of the deceased said it was absolutely beautiful, and honored their loved one and comforted them.

I apologize the order was not delivered on the correct date. It was our fault and I thought the person you spoke to on the phone conveyed our apologies. I did put a note and a box of chocolates in with the flowers with an apology from us to the recipient so she would know it was our mistake and not yours. This is not a normal occurrence, someone just put this order in the wrong date slot. Again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience.

The only reason for a one star rating is negative stars are not an option. I'm sure there are many other flower shops in the area who actually care about customer service and I would suggested using one of them. I live in in Indiana and my wife was visiting our son in Springfield. I wanted to send flowers for our anniversary. I ordered online Saturday for delivery Tuesday, our anniversary. The delivery man could not find the apartment and called our son who said to leave them at the office and gave him the office phone number. The delivery man could not find the office, even after talking to them on the phone and gave up. I called Friday'Z the next day and was essentially told it was my fault they were not delivered, that I gave incorrect contact info (not true), that the driver could not contact our son (not true), that a door tag was left saying delivery was attempted (not true - my has a text from the driver saying he could not find the place). The only remedy I was offered was to have the driver call me when he got in at 10. I gave up at that point and asked our son to go pick the flowers up. I had upgraded the bouquet to Premium, paid the $9 delivery fee and a 20% tip in advance, expecting good service. I at least expected an offer to refund the delivery fee and tip. Instead all I got was a defensive attitude.

This was a pretty bouquet, but it could have been better. There was more green stems in the bouquet than pictured, and less yellow flowers; if any at all. Also the delivery location was right down the road less than 2 mins away and delivery was still $10.

First of all, I loved your website and the ease of ordering and the fact that you delivered the arrangement the next day.
I was sent a picture of the basket and I was shocked that an orange ribbon was used on a sympathy arrangement. Also there was no flowering plant which is why I chose this particular design. I do think the peace plant is readily available so not sure why this was omitted or another flowering plant substituted. The basket in the picture had five plants. I only counted 4 in the picture of the one delivered. So overall, service great; arrangement disappointing.

Not impressed. I ordered this arrangement for mother's day, I placed the order online 3 days prior to the holiday thinking that was plenty of time; I contacted the shop the morning of pickup to ensure a pickup time & was told they shut ordering down so there was no guarantees on my order, but if they could it would be ready early afternoon...(they close at 2 on Saturdays). When I arrive at the shop, I waited for approximately 30 minutes before someone showed me where the pickup was. When I received my arrangement it was nowhere near my expectations, I even upgraded - at an additional cost - to the Deluxe to get more flowers. My arrangement had more greenery than anything, a total of 8 flowers, most being yellow carnations. When I asked the employee why the arrangement was so small, she told me that they ran out of flowers & had to make substitutions, I was never notified of the changes & had no choice but to take the flowers & leave as they were closing in 15 minutes & mothers day was the following day. This was my first time ordering from here as they had glowing reviews, left more to be desired.

Ordered the Sunny Garden Bouquet for Mother’s Day to be delivered Friday along with two Mother’s Day balloons. Paid extra for the Deluxe (extra blooms). We received 1 balloon. The flowers weren’t delivered until Friday evening and the weather was exceptionally cold. They were left on the front porch. Not sure if the cold weather contributed to the flowers appearance or not. The bouquet was tiny and looked nothing like the picture. Had good luck in the past so maybe it was just bad luck this time around.

My arrangement did not look as pink an popping as the picture did, which was disappointing because that was exactly what I wanted. Also I did not get the pink balloons as pictured, and the were substituted without my permission. I hate that also, I would have just cancelled them. I was told rather unapologetically that the flowers were out for delivery but there were many to deliver and it was cold. That was it. Finally, at 6:30 pm delivery was attempted but we were already out to dinner. The flowers were finally delivered the next afternoon and they were not fresh.

Did not receive the arrangement that was illustrated in this picture. I ordered the deluxe and it looked like I received the basis, it was a mess. There were no where near as many flowers in my arrangement that are illustrated in this picture. I was really disappointed and the lady I spoke with was very rude telling me to contact the online system to voice my concerns. Will never order from here again.

I ordered this bouquet for my sister on her birthday to be delivered to her at work, purple is her favorite color. She sent me a picture of the flowers she received, thanking me for the gift and while she loved them, I thought they looked HORRIBLE & half dead. The petals on the roses looked wilted and the bouquet was sparse to say the least. I paid over $60 for these flowers and expected it to at least resemble the flowers in the picture. Very Disappointed.

First of all, I want to thank you for your very prompt delivery! Secondly, Chris loved the boquet. I, however, as the sender was disappointed because the whole concept as pictured was this wonderful "glass of sangria" flowers as TRULY accented by the two large drink STRAWS sticking up "as a drink" from the top of the boquet. Seem petty of me? Sorry....the boquet didn't have that perfect accent. Wanted to try your shop as I tend to send her several boquet throughout the year. Appreciate your listening.

I got a text notifying me there would be some substitution to the arrangement, so I thought it would be ok. But when my recipient received and sent me a picture of it, it was almost different from the original picture, I would say 95% differences ... I am very disappointed.

I am truly sorry that the substitutions had to be made, but some of the flowers were not available through our supplier, so we always maintain value and try to keep the substitutions in the same color.
