About the Shop
We are a family owned flower market in business for 20 years. We started in 1998 selling cut flowers directly from coastal growers to flower shops and public individuals in Modesto, Ceres, Turlock and throughout Stanislaus County. Our first location was on Yosemite Blvd in East Modesto. In 2000 we moved to downtown Modesto on 9th street. We now occupy 12,000 sqft of space at 1302 9th street Modesto Ca 95354.
We send our own trucks to the flower growers on the coast to pick up flowers directly from the growers. Freshest Flowers Possible. We deliver flowers to local grocery stores, drug stores, and grocery distribution centers. This flower volume gives us great buying power for the local public business.
Our team of designers make sure that every order is filled to full value- Best Stem Count Possible. We try to hire floriculture students from local high schools like Modesto High, Davis High and Downey High School.
Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
