The arrangement was phenomenal! The flowers were fresh and looked great. The only thing that I was looking for were the yellow lily like the ones in the picture. They were red. Very pretty but I was going for the sunny look. I’m assuming it’s a seasonal thing. Well done regardless. This is the second time I’ve used this florist and they do a great job every time.

The roses and bouquet arrangement are beautiful, and they actually arrived on Feb. 1st, which was the re-scheduled delivery date. However, we did not receive any packets of fresh flower food to add to the water. We went through all of the paper and wrappings, and could not find any packets of the food. We are using a ground-up aspirin in the water to hopefully keep them looking fresh, longer.

The service from start to finish was excellent. I called late in the afternoon and I was greeted by a very friendly gengleman who patiently answered all my questions and assured me that my order would be personnally handled. The result of the arrangement was stunning and the designer helped me by adding balloons which I had forgotten to add during my original order. There was frequesnt communication, pictures and a video of the end result before leaving the store. It's one of the rare florist that delivered exactly what I envisioned. When the flowers arrived at the hospital, it turned heads and received comments such as, "unbelieveably gorgeous" and "never seen anything like it" . Highly recommend.

Picked these up for the wife "just because" last night and boy does she love them. They look as good or better than the picture. They smell fantastic too! I was disappointed with the arrangement. First the tulips and roses were totally open upon arrival giving the appearance the arrangement was a couple of days old. Second, the fan shape in the back was small and several other fronds were stuck in it giving the arrangement a very different appearance.

Also, the address was clearly marked on our house but the driver first delivered the arrangement to our neighbor. Fortunately, my son was home and could intercede.

I wanted to order flowers for a same delivery to a sick relative. I called Fresh Florist around 9:30 a.m. and the Florist said no problem! I was thrilled and picked out a beautiful bouquet from the website and it arrived during the time frame I specified looking beautiful and just like the picture on the website! The Florist even recommended that if I placed the order online I would receive a 10% discount, which I did! It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this Florist!

Amazing customer service! Had to substitute the tulips / told me he would do his best to make sure I was happy with the substitution. The flowers that arrived looked stunning and much more expensive than what I paid. I prefer custom arrangements to the cookie cutter flowers they sell on those other sites that mass produce cheap looking flowers . This is one florist you will never be unhappy with what you get. I will be ordering from them many more times to come
