Well, I can only assume that the floral arrangement was a nice arrangement. I sent them to my mother for Mother's Day. They were delivered on the date specified so I have NO complaint about that aspect of the order, PLUS my mother called and thanked me for the flowers so I can assume it was a nice presentation. That, of course is the downside of ordering flowers to be delivered to someone across the state that you will never see. Having said that, I have used Frazier's Flowers a number of times over the years, and my mother always seems happy with the arrangement. Consequently, I give them a 5 star rating!

I’m not sure if any flower arrangement were guaranteed based on the appearance I was expecting more a lavender basket much closer to this bouquet I think I was disappointed because the balloon was missing but also I ordered all the way from the West Coast to have this delivered to my MIL for her bday I hate complaining I hate leaving bad reviews but I wasn’t really a happy camper w this one

I would have liked the arrangement to be more like the pictured image from the website. I ordered the deluxe version and was disappointed with the flowers used. The colors were the same but the flowers used looked cheap. I knew that some substitutions were possible but the arrangement that showed up was not on par with the price point.

I was very disappointed in what my daughter received in her arrangement. I asked for the vase to be simple clear one instead of this colored one and it was not. The flowers looked nothing like this. My recent experience with Frazier's Flowers and Gifts was disappointing. I ordered the Cotton Candy bouquet to be delivered Friday before Mother's Day and left a note on the order with delivery instructions. The flowers were not delivered on Friday so on Saturday I called the shop. I was informed that the instructions were missed by the delivery driver. Mistakes happen, and the lady I spoke with was very pleasant and assured me the flowers would be delivered on Saturday. The flowers were delivered later that day but when I saw a picture of the delivered bouquet I was shocked. Curious if the wrong flowers were delivered, or if the flowers fell over in the back of a delivery van, I reached out to Frazier's on Monday via email. In my email, I included a picture of what I ordered and what was delivered. I did receive a response from Frazier's asking for my phone number, but four days later, I have yet to hear from anyone. I prefer to support local businesses and wanted to give Frazier's the opportunity to explain if the bouquet delivered accurately reflects their skills and expertise...I think I have my answer.

I ordered a custom bouquet for my aunt after she had major surgery. I do not live in the area, just ordered remotely. I appreciate the prompt delivery of the flowers and the inclusion of the flowers I mentioned. My aunt was also pleased. The only discrepancy was that I was not provided with a photo of the finished product by the florist , and when I asked for a pic, I was informed that “nothing was said on the order about a picture. Ask your recipient for a photo.” I found the reply to be snippy and a bit unprofessional. Most florists that we have dealt with take pictures of their work simply for verification purposes, so that no one can come back and say that they did not receive what they asked for. If that is not the policy of the store, that is fine, but it should be listed as such or at least explained in a professional manner.

I was notified that what I ordered wasn’t available and that they would do another arrangement for me. Well I’m in NC and the flowers was for someone in Brooklet Ga so I said ok and asked for a pic when done. I got the pic and the flowers looked like they were already dead before they were delivered. The flowers are very nice, but the delivery was not. The message in my order was to call a number upon arrival, and I would come to the front door of the hospital to receive them. However, that call was not made. The flowers were just left at the front desk, and they were eventually sent to Human Resources, who researched the name and they have finally reached their destination a day late. The staff member who they were for is not here now. A kind gesture wasted.

The customer service at Frazier's was exactly that - service to customers. It seems to be non-existent in many businesses, but this charming staff was ready. I ordered online and received email input, a photo of the finished arrangement, and a quick delivery time. As with many companies experiencing changes due to COVID-19, the orchid color I ordered wound up not available on the day of delivery. Although disappointed in that, the recipient found the substituted colors to be beautiful. That was most important! Thank you.

The arrangement was lovely.... my Mama was pleased... but... the “delivery” could use some improvements... The arrangement was left on the front porch in the hot South GA heat... The delivery person evidently did not bother to ring the doorbell!... Even though there was someone home!

My father passed away and I ordered this bouquet for my sister as a thank for traveling from Statesboro to Washington State to take care of our mother. I was so excited for her to get this beautiful bouquet that I even paid for the deluxe, and the bouquet looked nothing like the one pictured at all. The bouquet looked cheap as if was put together by someone inexperienced.

Flowers looked pretty similar to the photo but the service wasn't great. I reached out several times for confirmation of my delivery with no response. Also, they didn't include my whole message... mainly the signature... which is the most important part... the only communication I've received is marketing emails and an email asking me to leave a review. So here I am, letting you all know that there is surely a better place in Statesboro to order flowers.

I ordered a beautiful arrangement for my mom for Mother's Day. I was appalled at what the arrangement my mother actually received. It was so ugly. It should have had a solid pale pink ribbon, lovely smooth vase and pastel pink and lavender flowers with some hints of Daisy here and there. My mother had a cheap grooved vase with an ugly checkered bow. There weren't many pail pink flowers. Instead there was deep pink and tons of giant dropping daisies. I am so hurt. I tried to go local and got burnt- the worst part of it is that these were for my mom.

But instead they called my wife who was home when they supposedly brought the flowers and said that she had missed the delivery. So not only did they ruin the surprise of the flowers, but on the card where I wrote a special msg. They put a completely different name. Terrible first experience. Ordered a specific bouquet that was delivered wrong. Then 5 hours later, the correct bouquet showed up and they tried to take back the original! Were they going to reuse flowers that we have had all day? Very embarrassing to the recipient. What was supposed to be a good experience turned out to be embarrassing, awkward, and expensive!

I was honestly very disappointed when I saw these flowers after they had been delivered to my girlfriend. I purchased the “deluxe” version hoping to get extra flowers in the bouquet like stated. However, when I saw the arrangement post delivery, there seemed to be even less attention to detail, there were less flowers than pictures in the standard package, and was nowhere close to looking like the picture. If I’m paying $59 for a bouquet of flowers for an anniversary they should be flawless and go above and beyond expectations. I payed extra for a less than standard bouquet and will never use Frazier’s again.

While in Statesboro I needed a florist that could deliver unusual beauty to my unusual beauty. Frazier's did everything I asked and more. In 43 years of sending my beautiful bride roses, this arrangement may have been the most beautiful one of all. It remains fresh, bold and beautiful almost one weak after delivery. I understand there may not be exact flowers on hand; however the arrangement lacked the color as shown in the example. I did not get the quality of flowers I paid for and am disappointed in this florist since I did research prior to selecting them. Warning: Do not order online. You may not get what you pay for.
