I just picked up a bouquet for my mom from Flower Floral, and I honestly can’t even describe how beautiful it is — truly stunning work. The arrangement is big, vibrant, and clearly put together with so much care and attention to detail. It was ready exactly when they said it would be, and everyone there was so kind, friendly, and helpful. The bouquet was pretty large and a bit heavy, and one of the lovely women from the shop even carried it out to my car for me — they have more of a method for that practice than the clumsiness I was displaying. It is apparent that the team at Flower Floral really loves what they do. Highly, highly recommend!

My precious little sister never gets recognized/appreciated on Mother’s Day by her busy family. Tulips are one of her favorite flowers and lavender her favorite color. This beautiful arrangement was just what she needed to brighten her day! My only disappointment is that the bow that was included with the bouquet was a wine purple color, not the flower-matching lavender shown in the picture. That would have given this a 5 star review! Other than that, the arrangement was perfect. My sister even mentioned how sweet and friendly the delivery girl was! I will definitely be ordering from Fowler floral again.

Side note: I received a message that some of the items in the arrangement were out of stock but that replacements would be used. Frankly, based on the photo shared from our friends, compared with the image on the floral website, I thought the florist did a wonderful job with the end product. The bouquet turned out absolutely beautiful and my wife loved it! They did run out of the vase that was normally shown, but they notified me in advance about it and were able to substitute another vase that was just as stunning. And they were willing to deliver to my wife who works all the way out in downtown Fresno. Great job!

I will be calling you tomorrow to address the issue you had with the order, but I also wanted to touch base here. I assure you we delivered the order with water in the vase and when it was sent it was in perfect condition. You ordered it well ahead of time and we appreciate that very much. Some funeral homes do not allow water in vases and will dump out the water to insure it doesn't get knocked over and water is spilled. I am positive this is why there was no water in the vase. If that was the case that is why perhaps some of the flowers were wilted. I do have a picture of what it looked like when we sent it and I will reach out to you with that as well. I apologize that it did not look exactly how you envisioned it, but once flowers get to the funeral home, what they do with them is out of our control. Great job - again! The folks at bloomnation.com are reliable for their variety, with a fair price range from $low to $high, with exceptional quality. Delivery times have been spot on. (That doesn't mean you can order now and expect delivery in 5 minutes - that's totally unrealistic - however, give them your order with at least next-day delivery and you can expect satisfaction. If you need it same day, understand you'd better place that order before the sun comes up and hope for the best because that's cutting it extremely close for delivery same day.
