My name is Desiree Berman and I am the owner and floral designer for Forget Me Nots. I have been creating beautiful floral arrangements and gift baskets for friends and family for over ten years, and now I've followed my passion and turned it into a business! I offer unbeatable prices and quality, plus delivery anywhere in the Tucson, Marana, and Oro Valley areas. I create gorgeous floral arrangements, custom gift baskets, balloon bouquets, and some sweet treats! The vision that you see for you or your loved one is my priority! Just to ensure your satisfaction I send you at least one photo of what your recipient will receive prior to delivery. I was out of town for my wife's birthday. And she said, she loved them what i picked, I bought chocolates and a Teddy bear as well. My dog is enjoying the teddy bear and the chocolates are waiting for me when I come home. It was a same-day delivery order and it came very quickly. The delivery went well.

Absolutely gorgeous arrangement! It arrived exactly when they said it would. Communication was very pleasant. Desi, the owner, wanted to make it precisely as I wanted it. There was a mixup in the delivery address and thankfully the arrangement was able to be delivered to a new address much further away. I very much appreciated that! Thank you! The website does say, the arrangement will not be exactly like the photo, but as close to it as possible. The photo on the website showed hardly any roses, which was what I was looking for, and very pretty, would look like eucalyptus leaves. The actual arrangement had 17 roses, and ferns instead of these other type of eucalyptus looking leaves. I was disappointed in that, but in all the arrangement was lovely. I think next time I will leave with special request for the florist for no roses and More, daisies mumms and carnations. I would definitely order from them again!

I placed my order over the phone for 3 custom standing sprays and the owner, Desi, was very easy to work and communicate with. She listened to what we wanted and worked with our budget, and the sprays came out so beautifully. She even let my parents come in and write in Vietnamese on the ribbons. Desi did a n outstanding job with all of the floral arrangements for my husband's celebration of life service and luncheon. I had asked for Gerber daisies and snap dragons which were my husband's favorite flowers. Desi incorporate these flowers and others to create very colorful arrangements.

Update: The shop quickly responded to my complaint and delivered another arrangement. Going to nitpick and say they used less expensive phalaenopisis instead of cymbidum orchids, the latter being the one in the arrangement description. I don't know what the "mixup" was, but clearly the issue was on their end. Here's my issue: If the recipient didn't send me a picture of the arrangement, I would have never known what the shop tried to do -- spend less money. When someone gifts you flowers, you don't tell the giver that the arrangement looks ugly -- you say the opposite. And when you order someone flowers, you don't ask them to take a picture -- you trust that they got what you paid for.

However, since this was for a funeral memorial service, we were very disappointed that they were delivered late - after the services had started. We had requested the delivery for early morning (8-8:30) am for an 11 am service and they didn’t arrive until 11:20 am. It was not only embarrassing but also sort of rude to come in that late.

I needed an arrangement for a funeral service in 2 days. A close high school friend had passed away. My normal florist shop close to my home had closed. I picked out a wreath and gave her specifics as to the specific color of flowers I wanted (colors of my high school) and that I wanted the wreath "full and large". Pretty underwhelming and uninspired arrangement. Rose quality was pretty meh. I take some blame for ordering a couple days before vday and likely getting the less than top shelf stuff but still for the price the roses shouldn't be wilting the day of delivery. Well it started off great when placing the order. Easy, and very helpful. The store said he could pick up Saturday morning of prom.
He was at the store when they opened Saturday morning of prom. My son had to wait almost 3 hours in the parking lot for them to actually make it. He said they just asked the color of the dress and then he waited. He said it was pure chaos in the store.
The order I paid for was completely different than what they made. It ended up being ok in the end as it all matched, thank goodness.. They also gave him a free teddy bear for having to wait. All in kind gesture to say sorry for the inconveniences.
Unfortunately it still doesn't fix the 3 hours of a day waisted waiting in a parking lot, the order not being ready or even prepared, and it being incorrect... I definitely would need to be more proactive in checking on my order if ever using them again.

My wife loved it, however, I did let them know it was our 13th anniversary and I wanted to add a lace component. They said they would, but did not.. once again my wife loved them and didn’t really care about the lace. On my side it was an attempt to show I know something about anniversary stuff. The flowers sent were beautiful. The original arrangement photo it seems the flowers were closer together and more flowers. I paid an up charge for a nicer bouquet. The recipient like the arrangement but was not aware of the differences from the arrangement photo on the website. I know there has to be latitude and discretion of the person doing the arrangement but I did feel there were less flowers and more filler than anticipated....still a beautiful bouquet. I live in Indiana and if needing flowers to be delivered in Tucson area again, I would probably return to this florist.

When I placed the flowers down on the table, it twisted and the foam broke, and the flowes started to fall out. I had to brace the flowers up until after the services. I should have put it on a tray. She helped me pick out a beautiful, sparkly pinkish ribbon and a soft complimentary cream ribbon and designed a beautiful wrist corsage with the mini pink roses, mini white carnations and buds, and baby’s breath! The delivery man forgot to deliver one of them and when he called the recipient when he realize he asked if he could “deliver it the next day” and when the recipient said he needed it today (it was a Christmas Eve party) the delivery man verbally groaned like we were bothering him and did deliver it but was very rude. You said you were running low on red and white roses and you asked me if it’s OK to send 18 red & whites roses. We were notified the flowers were delivered when they were not. When we called they said that happens all the time because the button is close to the one that is used to look at the order. (Needs to be fixed) The flowers arrived late in the day when the office staff had already left for the day. However, overall the administrative staff was very pleased with the quality. I would use them again but they could definitely use some improvement on their customer service quirks. Very nice and apologetic for the notification glitch. The flowers were very nice.

I forgot to order corsages for my daughters and at the last minute (1:30pm the day of the dance) called Forget Me Nots in a desperate attempt to see if they had any in stock I could pick up. Desi was extremely pleasant and helpful telling me she could have them done that afternoon without problem. She asked me if there was a particular time I wanted/needed to pick them up, and I told her that she was saving me from my mistake so I would work around her schedule. I emailed the owner and told her if she had to make a substitution for the flowers she should have contacted me. After contacting the owner her response was that she was very busy with orders due to Valentine's day and she intended to call me. Then offered me a 15% off discount on a future purchase. I needed to order some flowers for my friend who’s husband unexpectedly passed. I paid $100 for roses to be delivered to my wife on her birthday at her office but delivery guy left them somewhere else and told that lady she can keep the roses because he didn’t know who they belonged to. Basically they took my money and gave the roses away to someone else without trying to get them to the right place even though I gave them the correct address, my phone number as well as the office number if were to get lost

My same-day order was unexpected since I was contacted that my initial floral purchase at another florist would not be delivered as requested. My sister received her bouquet quickly and she was very pleased with it; it contained the same kinds of flowers (stock, roses, orchids) and was arranged nicely, but the colors of the flowers were not as pictured (per the warning on the website). The vase was also different (a white square), though generally in keeping with the rustic look of the example. Just to remind you that the bouquet is not going to be exactly like the photo. Otherwise, I'd recommend Forget Me Nots.

I bought this bouquet for mothers day specifically for the sophistication and richness of the arrangement but was beyond disappointed when my mother sent me a picture of what she received. The lillies were few and far between, the arrangement looked thrown together and unbalanced and there were more than a half dozen white roses in the mix. I chose this arrangement specifically because it did not contain roses and while I understand the need for occasional substitutions I felt this was just lazy. Yes, if you're wondering a did pay for an upgrade. The arrangement also came with two very large, cheap ribbons tied around the vase. I would post a picture if it were an option here.
