This was up front and center to the side of the alter/urn. It was visible to all during the mass. It was a very sophisticated and beautiful piece that the grandkids were proud to display on their behalf. The flowers were fresh and the entire design was gorgeous.

I ordered a dozen long stemmed white roses for my mother and they arrived the next day. Absolutely beautiful. A full arrangement that had very beautiful long stemmed white roses, with lots of baby breath, that are in full bloom today (April 1) and looking as beautiful as ever. They smell wonderful also. We make sure we change the water daily with fresh clean water and we snipped the stem ends today so that we can continue to enjoy them as long as possible. A definite winner!

My friend sent me a picture. They’re even more gorgeous than the picture on the site. They didn’t have the leaf wrap inside the vase which I love that look. But they were otherwise so beautiful.

Delivery was attempted an hour after order! Delivery person was in contact with me when not able to delivery the first time. They were so professional and did not want to leave flowers because it was going to rain. After I told them when they would be home the were delivered promptly. Really makes a difference to go with a local business. Flowers were beautiful and the recipients loved them!

I was lucky to have found this florist being new to the area. I forgot Valentines Day and my wife did not. These guys saved the day.

Ordered on line, so I don't know HOW this mistake was made, but they wrote the wrong name on the signing of the card for Valentines Day flowers. Now she calls me by the erroneous name. NOT FUNNY!!!!

The two dozen roses were delivered mid morning by a sweet woman. They look better than the picture. My wife was so blown away that she said I out did myself this time. She said they were the best flowers that she ever received.

I have been using Ford Flowers sending flowers to my spouse for years for special occasions. They always go above with their designs and have the most freshest flowers and greens that lasts for weeks. Delivery can be same day in some cases but the norm is next day delivery. Very knowledgeable regarding flowers and always have what I want in stock.

I ordered the dish garden to be sent as a remembrance. The delivery address number was entered wrong (not sure if I entered wrong). The delivery driver tried to contact me but I wasn't available. I am so disappointed with the recent delivery, there were two roses with broken stems and the still used them in the arrangement. I am sick about this because I had an issue with Ford Flower company in the past and had an issue with the flowers not getting delivered. I decided to give Ford Flowers another chance since there were good reviews. Boy was that a huge mistake. I trusted that they would do a good job, so sad that they did not.

I appreciated the quick delivery. Would have preferred the pink roses like the picture instead of red. There was also a big empty spot in the front. The arrangement they received was not full like the picture. When we lived up there, Ford flower was always our florist, but this is the first time that I was disappointed with them. My daughter-in-law texted me a picture of what was sent. It did not look like the picture advertised.

The flowers were pretty, but it was a large bouquet in a vase that had a small bottom and so the whole arrangement was top-heavy. It was left on the doorstep without any stability, and so unsurprisingly it tipped over. The water spilled out, and by the time my mother got home to her Mother's Day bouquet several of the stems were already dying. The rest of the flowers were pretty, but I was surprised and disappointed that the vase hadn't been placed in a cardboard box when it was sent out, as I've had other arrangements come in the past. How on earth did it survive the truck ride? Ford's has always sent amazing flowers in the past, so I was disappointed by this.

This is not to be negative, I have ordered flowers many times through you an been happy, but this order was disappointing. This review is simply to be informative to the designers and the company. It doesn't need to be posted publicly, in fact I hope it is not... I just feel this should be known. I ordered the Coastal Blooms and the picture indicates a blue/green arrangement with multiple orchids for a base price/standard of $70. I upgraded past the Deluxe ($85 which indicates 'additional flowers to enhance'), all the way to the Premium for $100, which indicates 'more blooms and highest quality flowers'. The Premium arrangement that was delivered was disappointing. All flowers were already at peak, the added white roses were very open and not as taught as I would expect for a fresh arrangement. The white really dominated the design in a way that took away from the blue/green palate that was expected and intentionally chosen for a room that the recipient had recently redesigned and painted. The roses also took away from the ocean design theme. There was only one orchid in the arrangement, as opposed to the 3 seen in the Standard arrangement in the picture - I realize that pictures aren't always an exact replication, but the artistry was less than basic for what I believe your company's standards to be. I would have ordered a more standard design if I wanted standard flowers. The upgrade absolutely was not worth it - in freshness of flowers or in design, unfortunately. Ford Flowers is my go to Flower shop! The arrangements are always so beautiful and the flowers are so fresh!

I buy flowers from Ford quite frequently for my wife as I live right next door. I typically go in and buy a fresh bundle. I typically spend anywhere between $50-100 and the bundles are huge and beautiful. I ordered this for Valentines Day and was super disappointed at the size and cost. This was double the cost and a third of the size. I typically stay away from buying roses on Valentines Day because of the ridiculous mark-up. I will not order roses again on Valentine’s Day.

The bouquet was great except for the fact that one of the rose heads was broken off when delivered.

Was not your fault. You had wired out to Denise's Flower Shop in Newburyport, Mass. We had ordered a Dish Garden and the arrangement that was sent was just one large plant in a bowl. I ordered the premium plant basket above and asked if they could include an orchid. Instead when I got to the funeral there were two large white orchids. I will say that the orchids are beautiful although, this is not what I had in mind when I ordered the basket. I was both surprised and disappointed when I saw this. If I had wanted orchids I would have ordered orchids and not a plant basket.
I will give three stars only because the quality of the orchids is fantastic.

I'm usually disappointed in the quality so I decided to check out local florists right in the same town. The image shows a fuller arrangement than what was delivered. And there wasn’t an option to upgrade my flower order there was only one option. Ford has a beautiful showroom and I have purchased many items in the store. I however purchased the dish garden and was disappointed in the size that was delivered. The photo online depicted a size relative to a standard purchase, but I upgraded to the large and what was received seemed smaller than the photo online. It was still beautiful and the upgrade had flowers, but the plant itself seemed to be not as full as the photo.

The flowers were beautiful, but did not look like the arrangement I picked out. Some of the flowers were different and the colors were yellow not pink. The picture had what I believe are willows (the sticks) but the flowers that were delivered did not. There was also a yellow bow on the flowers that were not in the picture, and didn’t look good.

Ford's flowers went above and beyond expectation to deliver a bouquet of flowers I ordered. Noone was home at the designated address, and knowing that the flowers were a sympathy gift, they drove them to the home of the deceased where they found the intended recipient. What a nice, personal, "above and beyond" delivery! I would highly recommend them for a quality job and personal, caring touch.

I live in Louisiana and found Ford while visiting my family in Salem and use them to send flowers to them for all the special occasions during the year. If the prices are slightly higher than other shops in the area, it is more than made up for in the beauty and longevity of the arrangements! I paid for a custom order of sunflowers, pink and white roses. It was delivered without a vase which I would think the order process would specify. They added some other flower that I didn't request and I felt looked a little cheap.

For the price I paid I would think even a small vase would be part of the order.
