|There was plenty of time to send me an email and tell me what time the delivery could be.
The company leaves a lot to be desired, in the sense of responsibility, punctuality and customer satisfaction. Remember "Customer perception is your reality." I honestly do not recommend their service to anyone.

|The flowers were minimal, the colors of flowers were not vibrant and flowers in the arrangement itself were low end.
I read the fine print stating the flower arrangements may differ from the photo in website, however, paying for deluxe should mean something.

|In fact, I had to contact Flowers to Go, at around 415pm as the flowers had not been delivered.
The courier contacted the recipient (ruined the surprise) at around 5pm stating that they were delayed. In short, the flowers were delivered to the house. Although Dennis was helpful, what was the purpose of even paying $60+ for such having flowers "delivered?"

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
