They ran out of the pretty ceramic bowl that was advertised, and instead sent a wooden box (above). The yellow flowers looked like someone plucked them from a bouquet and stuck them among the plants. For $80.00, I could have done better.

In that picture the arrangement looks quite beautiful but I'm sorry to say that when we saw it in person yesterday some of the flowers looked like they had been damaged by "frost". The white roses, some of the flowers on the white "spray", and maybe even part of the lily looked to have been damaged. Even during delivery the arrangements should be sheltered from cold weather. That was a disappointment.

Unfortunately, I didn't see the arrangement because I am not in the State they were sent to. However, I received texts from two people saying the arrangement was beautiful and they sent pictures. I was told this beautiful lady loved blue and the different shades of blue flowers with the white roses your designers picked were spectacular. Thank you for putting them together! I was not sure what I would get since I didn't pick the arrangement, but I could not be more pleased!!

I ordered right from the funeral home site and the obituary, it was fast and easy. I received a picture of the actual arrangement and it was almost exactly the same as what was shown on the website. It was delivered the next day in time for the showing and I received an email when it was delivered. I love that what I chose was a mix of live plants with cut white roses.

1st the picture above is not what was received. It had no pink bow or cut flower. 2nd I realize it said designers choice on dish garden but can't it be close? The plants our tiny wicker basket very stringy and not many plants. So disappointed paid $65 for something I could have done for $15! Will not recommend and disappointed Newcomer recommends you.

Very easy to order online since I am over an hour away from this location. I went to the funeral home's website and used their link to order flowers from here. I selected a designers choice option, and I was pleased to receive a picture of the arrangement when it was finished. My recipient loved how beautiful the flowers were.

I am surprised I got this request to review this order before I am notified that the flowers were delivered. I ordered on Saturday, the amount was immediately charged, but I found out from my brothers attending the viewing for my Aunt on Sunday that the flowers were not there. I called the funeral home and the florist at 6 pm Sunday and get a message to call the florist back after 8 on Monday. I called to find out that the flowers were to be delivered to the funeral mass this morning. I asked if this was considered acceptable service when people don’t look at the flowers at a mass. Got a message to call them back and ended up leaving another message for the florist. You cannot go back in time to fix something like this, so it would have been nice to have been notified that there was a problem with this order beforehand when I potentially could have found another florist to fill it.

While the peace plant was very healthy and presented nicely, it was much smaller than your website indicated. You listed it as large, and it was certainly not that. I was disappointed also that the $120 dollar charge ended up being $145 with taxes and delivery. The plant, while nice, didn’t look like $145. It did not stand out at all.

It was easy to order these through the funeral home. I didn't see them in person as I live in Texas and the flowers were sent to Ohio but I was told that they were beautiful.

I had a wonderful experience working with Premier Sympathy Flowers. I live out of town and there was some confusion regarding the service for my Aunt. A representative called me for information, then took it upon herself to work with the Funeral Home and Cemetery to ensure the bouquet arrived in time for the service. I arrived for the visitation at Newcomer Funeral Home in Grove City yesterday evening and I didn't see my flowers that I had ordered. I spoke with the funeral home personnel and found that the flowers had not been delivered. I ordered the flowers on 6/13/22 at approximately 10:30 A.M. That would have given the local flower shop over 24 hours to deliver to the funeral home. I did call the 888-293-2252 number provided at the bottom of my order confirmation number and the person that took my call was very helpful and very apologetic that my flowers were not delivered as expected. I was supposed to receive a call today, but that has not happened yet (1:07 PM on 6/15/22). Unfortunately I am in a training class for work this week and cannot just spend my day on the phone. I am extremely disappointed in the fact that I was charged immediately for a delivery service for a close family friend and no flowers to speak of for the money that I spent.

I had to call three times to ensure the flowers would not be delivered to the funeral home but rather the church. But the morning of the funeral sure enough they were delivered to the funeral home even though there was a note at the funeral home saying to NOT deliver there. The florist did bring the flowers to the church in time but I’m disappointed I had to spend time coordinating multiple times to ensure their arrival. Please make sure in the future the florist follows the instructions on the order!

The planter was pretty. However I thought it was going to be mostly filled with white flowers and not green plants. I didn’t want plants. Had I known I would have went for another type flower arrangement.
I suggest you be clearer on the fact that it’s mostly green plants and a few white flowers.

I was disappointed in the arrangement. I had been concerned about the delivery date because the viewing started at 9 am on Monday morning. I wrote a message on my order asking the provider to be sure it would be fresh and not wilted for the viewing and service. Unfortunately it looked wilted and the arrangement was the least attractive one there.
