Very upset, I received a photo of the flowers that were delivered and it is nothing similar to the flowers shown above. Not only were they pink they were wilted and looked terrible. I was so embarrassed when I saw what was delivered. Wouldn’t recommend. Happy to forward the photo so you can understand the disappointment.

The flowers were absolutely beautiful! I live 9 hours away from where my friends funeral was so I wasn’t sure what to expect. After they arrived, her daughter sent a picture to me and I’m very happy how they turned out. Thank you for taking such good care of this for me.

Opted for Designers Choice and upgraded an extra $20 thinking it might make for a nice arrangement. Disappointed with the wilted flowers that were selected. Would have done better creating my own from the grocery store.

For the $174.00 we were charged, the arrangement would have been nicer with flowers from my grandmother's garden. The blue flowers were replaced with the least expensive ones and they were wilted, almost dead. I realize that the irises are out of season but if you are using other flowers then either adjust the price accordingly if they are cheaper, or use different selection if you want to keep the price high.

Unfortunately I cannot speak about the floral arrangement, because they went to Newcomer in Akron, OH, and I am in San Francisco. I can however speak about Sharon’s hard work to overcome a short-time order, a stalled computer issue and a credit denial by my careful credit union. In addition she wasn’t able to reach me by phone. She emailed and we were able to resolve it all. Sharon was a star; thanks a bunch (of flowers!).

Was disappointed as the display had only three stalks of unopened blue flowers. Everything else was white. The daisies did not even have bright yellow centers. but more like faded green.

I was not able to see the arrangement but I did see a picture sent from our daughter. The arrangement looked very nice. The arrangement was very expensive for the size and variety of flower in the basket. In addition there was a $15 delivery fee plus tax. I would have donated the money to cause if one had been listed in the obituary. No value here!

I live in Texas& the funeral was in Ohio! It was heartwarming when my best friend for over 60 years called to thank me for the beautiful flowers and basket arrangement! The death was her beloved brother. She really went on & on about the flowers. She said that she thought that everyone who was there had mentioned to her how beautiful the arrangement was. I have to say that the customer service was outstanding! I ordered the flowers, had to cancel the order, and then reordered, due to changes in the funeral service. This was not a problem for them! Everything was handled immediately and with such understanding and kindness. The final order was delivered in plenty of time. I'm impressed and won't hesitate to use Premier Sympathy Flowers again.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
