Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (703) 356-9377, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (703) 356-9377 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

These flowers were not worth what we paid. The sunflowers died before they opened all the way and the hydrangea got brown and drooped within a day or two. I changed the water and wound up throwing them flowers out on day 4. Other flowers from a different shop were delivered the day before yours and still look good.

Definitely not as pictured. There were no roses in the arrangement was delivered. They used cheap green filler flowers instead. If the more expensive flowers weren't available, the overall cost should have reflected that or I should have been notified and given the opportunity to change my order. Delivery was very prompt and the recipient loved the gesture, but I feel ripped off by the false advertising and the delivered arrangement is certainly not worthy of the expensive cost.

Save your money and go across the street to Mayflower Florist. I have been a long time customer of Flowers & Plant and lately their quality, customer service and the Owner Chip's attitude towards customers has declined. Before submitting this review, I reached out to him and he promised me that he would make it right by 3 pm on Valentine's day. He didn't. I've left him 3 message sent 2 emails and not even the courtesy of a return call. It is extremely disappointing but you are in luck as Mclean has other options.

This was great and my mom loved them. My only note is that I selected "Get Well" from the occasions drop down, and the balloon delivered says congratulations. Everyone commented that it was odd. I was disappointed when I received the picture of what was delivered in comparison to the picture on your website. I upgraded to the DELUXE version of the arrangement but does not appear that it was upgraded. In comparison to picture on website & picture I was sent, the arrangement was much smaller and seemed to have fewer flowers!! I don’t think what was delivered was worth what I was charged!!

I did request that the arrangement be delivered mid afternoon or early evening and an attempt to deliver was made earlier...but a note was left and the flowers were delivered later when the recipient found the note...so all was well. Thank goodness you didn't leave the flowers at the first attempt since they would have melted in the heat.

Beautiful bouquet delivered on the requested date. Purple blooms not quite as perky as I would have hoped but still a lovely arrangement. Unlike other bouquets I've ordered from Flowers and Plants, Etc., I don't really think this one was worth the price.I've often just let the florist put together what they want, and I think that's the way to go. Then they can choose the best of what they have to insure freshness and quality.

I hate nothing more than when you purchase an arrangement and the final product ends up looking nothing like what you picked out. I didn’t have that issue here. I was pleasantly pleased to see the final arrangement look almost identical to the one I selected. I made the purchase online and requested hand delivery which came out to an additional $15. A little pricey for the delivery fee, but figured I would support a small business. I called the store to confirm whether it had been delivered or not and the gentleman I spoke with assured me that it had been. He sent me a confirmation email along with a picture of the arrangement so I could see what was dropped off. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely purchase from them again. I ordered the pink tulips (i selected that and assumed that's what would be sent) in the biggest possible size. This arrangement is pretty but very small - about 7 inches high -- and does not look like the version on the website. It just doesn't look like a $100 arrangement to me. I can only give 3 stars as I was somewhat disappointed that it didn't look like the picture. The purple flowers were important as the person I bought it for loves purple. It came with red flowers of some kind that to me didn't match the orchids and just wasn't nearly as nice as this. I know they have to substitute flowers now and then but I think it could have been better.

Ordered a premium Amaryllis bowl. The one ordered and delivered looked like the standard one that was pictured on the website. We received a photo from our friends and it was not what we pictured to be a premium plant. We called the Florist who made up a new order. They had to subsitute burgundy flowers (not in bloom) . The arrangement was created within 24 hours and they sent me a photo of the actual arrangement, letting me know it was going out! So nice to see it! Then they emailed me at the time of delivery! The process was seamless. I was able to choose an arrangement online, pay for it and make all appropriate arrangements. I really appreciated receiving the emails and getting a picture of the arrangement that was being sent over. However, the picture to the left of this review was not representative of the picture I received of the arrangement that was sent. I purchased the premium arrangement which I expected to be much more robust. When I called and inquired, I was told that there were "roses I couldn't see". That may have been true, but I could definitely get a sense of the arrangement overall and it was disappointing.

When the on-line ordering software asked for my email address, I knew what was coming: No less, as I recall, than five separate emails associated with this one order: 1) order confirmation, 2) estimated delivery date, 3) picture of actual arrangement, 4) confirmation of delivery, and 5) a request for feedback. Not that any of these were inappropriate--just a sign of the digital age. As I never actually saw the delivered arrangement (other than the picture) I can't really comment on the quality. The "communication" was certainly fine. As the product was a dish garden and expected to last if cared for, I also can't comment on that aspect of the product so soon as the day after delivery. Maybe this survey could be sent out again in about a month? What do you think? We'll see...

I'm usually impressed with the flowers, but when I actually saw this arrangement at the Bridal Shower I wasn't so pleased with the size. I will be more cautious when needing a more elaborate/elegant arrangement and will use the "Chat Now" feature in the future for guidance.

We upgraded to the premium bouquet. Tulips were lovely, not much filler which was good as most florist bouquets are standard and boring. Never saw a card with the greeting we sent but it could have been lost. This was for an elderly relative who had no idea the gift was from my family. The premium upgrade, btw, looks like this picture, so if you go standard, expect far fewer flowers or more filler. Think the florist should specify how many tuplips you get for each price grade otherwise it's roulette.

I sent flowers to a friend whose family member is ill. On the day of delivery, she was visiting this family member and did not have a chance to call back to let you know when she would be available. I also asked that she not be contacted as I did not want receiving the flowers to become a burden. I was very disappointed with the number of phone calls we both received that day. Given the "subject" of the flowers (get well soon) and the note (we are keeping your family in our thoughts and prayers), I would think a company who deals with these situations so often would have handled this situation more appropriately.
