WE always get beautiful, healthy, fragrant, arrangements delivered on time from Flowers on the Side. They also respond quickly to questions and emails. It is rare to find this quality of service these days.

Flowers were beautiful…however, they were delivered to the wrong address. They were delivered to my billing address, not the recipient address on the order, kinda ruining having flowers delivered. What’s more concerning is after notifying the company of the error, no one could be bothered to respond or offered to make it right. Unless you want to deliver your own flowers, find another company to order from.
I live in Colorado and sending my grandma birthday flowers from here was great! She was so surprised and absolutely said they are beautiful!

The arrangement looked absolutely nothing like this image. Completely false advertising. Contacted them directly and got a half hearted apology full of excuses. So extremely disappointed with the flowers and customer service. It made me so sad to see what had been delivered.
As promised, the flowers were delivered the same day the order was placed, much faster than I would have thought possible. Recipient was delighted with the gorgeous arrangement!
Absolutely horrible. I was trying to support a small business as I am from DeWitt. However, the order she received was terrible and not even close to what is pictured. I sent you an email with an image of the order.

I ordered the flowers on behalf of my father since he was in the hospital and it was my mom’s 60th birthday. He was upset since he didn’t have a chance to get her anything so we decided on flowers. It was same day and I chose pickup. I was soon contacted and told they no longer have pickup but no worries they will still get the flowers to our house in DeWitt. Casey made a beautiful bouquet for my mom and delivered that day. My mom cried when she realized who they were from. Wouldn’t change that moment for the world. Thank you Casey for everything you have done for our family.
Ok so they didn't have the flowers I ordered however they messaged me as soon as they realized they didn't and suggested others in its place which turned out she still liked them just as much only gave 3 stars because there's always room for improvement so I never give 5 and lost one for not having the flowers I had ordered all in all good place to order bouquets....
Was delivered completely wrong flowers than pictured from internet pictures. Flowers wrong very sad looking and just completely different. Very disappointed

Just visited the individual I gifted the flower arrangement too. Arrangement looked nothing like the pictures. One rose and very small red flowers replaced the half a dozen full red roses or carnations supposed to be in the vase. Daisies looked very sickly ... centers on all were still green. No yellow. Can't say it wasn't worth what i paid or delivery wasn't on time... Just not what i ordered and wasn't contacted to approve the changes that were made.

I’ve ordered flowers multiple times from here with high expectations and they have gone beyond them every time.
This mother day was not as good though. For almost $60 I got a very small bouquet in a big vase. I was disappointed. I never upgrade my flower quantity because they have always done amazing, but I wish I would have this time.
But in the end my mom still loved them. And I’m thinking this holiday was a fluke. I’ll still be ordering through them as I have faith the next time will be better.

I wasn't quite sure which arrangement to get my grandma for Christmas, so I decided to have a custom one made. They did great with the notes that I left, and, most importantly, my grandma loved it. The flowers were even put in a basket, which I thought was a unique touch. I have zero complaints.
The recipient sent me a picture of what she received. It didn't look anything like this. It only had 5 flowers, a few ferns and some babies breath.

I heard from people who actually saw the plant I sent and they said it was very nice and healthy looking. I ordered this online and the ordering process was very easy and step by step. I had no problems at all. Made things simple for me. I also thought the price point of this plant was reasonable.

Beautiful arrangement! Sent it to my Grandma for Mother’s Day and she loved it. Free delivery in DeWitt which is so nice as I live out of town.
It was a beautiful arrangement looking almost like the picture. I was glad to have same day delivery. Thank you for your eye for detail and great service. Just remember to notify the receipiant of the delivery. A neighbor had to call and let her know you left the flowers on the walkway to the front door.

I wasn’t happy with the order because I ordered flowers with a red vase, they gave me a clear vase?
I picked this particular arrangement because of the colors and flowed in it. However, the arrangement delivered looked nothing like the picture other than it was in the same vase and the arrangement was the same basic shape. The picture looked “neat and elegant “ while the arrangement delivered looked more “weedy and wild”. The flowers in the arrangement did look to be fresh, just not at all like the picture.
Well the flowers never reached my wife.... so there is that.... not very pleased.

I ordered flowers for my wife as a surprise. The flowers where beautiful and service was excellent.
The recipient said they were beautiful and sent me a photo. I couldn’t help but notice that there were considerably fewer sunflowers, but the substitute flowers were nice. I realize you don’t always have the flowers on hand & substitutions are necessary - it just changed the look of the arrangement quite a bit.
The bouquet was fresh and delivered exactly when they said it would. The colors in the arrangement are beautiful. Extremely happy with how they turned out!
The recipient never received the plant today
The flowers that were delivered did not look anything like the photo. It did not have more than 2 roses and was sparse. I ordered the deluxe version and was VERY disappointed. For a small town local florist I expected much more. Photo of arrangement that arrived is available to compare.
They processed the payment (and sent automated "Please give us a review" email) but never delivered the flowers and never answered the phone.
Update: After I contacted my credit card company she credited back the $ and apologized by text.
Ordered these for my Mom on Friday, they were delivered the same day. Beautiful flowers, and they absolutely made my Mom smile, so it was a definate win!
